I got it when I did an in LabVIEW shared variable, a "network has released" a. Once these variables are deployed on cpu1, I go to cpu2 change the shared variable in an another VI by allowing the aliasing and by accessing the address of the PSP. For some reason, I don't see all cpu1, but I can see the rest of the network.

  When I return to cpu1 and try to access an address PSP, I can see cpu1 and variables deployed, but I can't see cpu2 on the network (although I see that all of the other computers). I know that they can see themselves, I ping one of the IP addresses of the other and he delay 0ms. If you have suggestions for what to try, I'm for it! Thank you!

  2. how many computers are connected to the same network?

  3. what happens when you try to access the internet on this computer?

  This would happen if there is a corruption of Winsock on the computer. I suggest that you reset the default Winsock settings and check if it helps.

• Network management problem, computer laptop Windows 7 will not find other computers on any network, however all other computers on the network can access Windows 7 laptop.

  Basically, the issue I'm having is that my laptop does not connect to any other computer to access the actions or other files.  Other computers on the network can access my computer laptop shares and files without any problems.  Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium x 64.

  What I tried:

  restarted
  uninstalling and reinstalling the files and printers, sharing maps and restart after completion
  all disabled firewall
  tried with IPv6 enabled and disabled without change, so it is currently enabled
  tried on a Wi - Fi and the differences are listed below in the section work (work is wireless)
  able to ping other comptuers
  access to other computers is permitted by other computers

  problem extends over several networks, IE I noticed it at home last night and the followed problem my laptop at work this morning.
  The problem is slightly different on the two sites.

  At home:
  I can see the other computers on the network, but I am unable to access it, even if I have permission, but other computers can access to my laptop.

  At work:
  Cannot even find other computers on the network but they can find and access my laptop.

  I have worked on this problem of non stop for several hours and did much more than what is said, but I am unable to remember everything.  I should have been taking notes: P

  If it has started, you can try a system restore - an update "might" have caused the problem.

  1. try a system restore back to a point before that happened. And immediately thereafter enter
  Control Panel - Windows updates - top left settings and set it to download and informs you instead
  Automatic. Leave it until you are sure that everything is OK and then you can add them one at a time
  to troubleshoot BUT click right on and HIDE all the driver updates. Also stop at day of drivers like below
  and let this value - manually search for drivers when you think you need. (See how and why to)

  I had completely forgotten the system restore!  While looking into the system restore, I found that when I moved into my new House and has cable Internet installed, the cable technology installed a program of comcast on my computer.  This caused me to not be able to connect with other computers.  After rolling back to install it before it works!   Thank you.

  This is because the network discovery is turned on.

  If you want, I suggest try tuning off the COAST of the discovery of the network and check if it helps.

  Santa brought me a new laptop for Christmas.  I'm now 4 laptop computers on a network.  two are Windows XP home and turn in XP Pro and it is Windows 7 starter.  I have everything in the same workgroup and put the new in this group as well.  Sometimes I can connect to others of my new machine, and sometimes I can't.  Not sure why.  Also, I have tried to share folders of the new machine, but cannot open them on other machines.  Of course, since I've not had much experience with 7 I have a bit of a problem to determine what to do next.  Can anyone help?

• R7000 being not able to see my other computers

  Having a problem and need help.

  With the old router netgear, WNR2000v3, I could see & send or receive files from any of the computers in the House. They are Gigabyte, Lenovo, Pavilion.

  We are the guardians to four (4) his grandchildren and they need computers & printers for school. So, I hope someone can let me know how to solve this problem of communication that I have.

  My main computer is gigabyte, which is a desktop computer. In the file Explorer > Network is the list of computers, Gigabyte, Lenovo & Readyshare. When I click on Lenovo or Readyshare I can see what is on them. What I see is the Pavilion.

  On the Lenovo, File Explorer > network, the list of computers, Gigabyte, Lenovo & Readyshare. I don't see the Pavilion.

  When I connect to Routerlogin.net > connected devices, the Pavilion Lenovo & are in the list of 2.4 G wireless devices.

  On the Pavilion, I can see the other computers, Gigabyte, Lenovo, Pavilion & Readyshare and can click on each, and then read the directories.

  The question is, what am I doing wrong?

  Is the router the cause?

  How to solve this?

  All computers have been upgraded to Windows 10 of older versions.

The computers are connected by a switch, fixed IP addresses that are correctly configured and point to a DNS server outside the network. When I try to open the icon for one of the computers, he asked for credentials. I try to type the user name for the computer that is sharing the resource and the password. It is the user account whose computer is loged on and belongs to the Administrators group. for example: user name (Computer1\username) password (password). It does not work.   If the portion of the machine has activated - Simple file sharing (i.e. it is XP Home or it is XP Pro with Simple (default) file sharing) - while all file sharing connections authenticate as user 'guest '.  It will not matter what username / password you provide, it will attempt to authenticate as 'guest '.  If the guest user has received a password or the guest account is not active, you will experience the symptoms you describe.

  If the serving machine running XP Pro and Simple file sharing is disabled, then you should be able to connect by specifying the user as computer\user and the password to connect.  To turn off Simple file sharing:

  Am on XP SP3.
  When I go to network connections,

  .. all I see is a list for a McAfee driver but nothing for Microsoft. I removed my computer some time ago with McAfee & he must have created problems that I can't see other computers on the network. Is there a Microsoft driver, I need to install and which will help to solve the problem of not seeing other computers on the network.

  On the general tab of the properties of your network connection to the LAN card, you should see a box under the heading "this connection uses the following items."  Most Windows XP configurations for home use have 4 entries in this box: Client for Microsoft Networks, QoS Packet Scheduler, file sharing and printers for Microsoft Networks, and Internet (TCP/IP) Protocol.

  If you don't have these, you need to install, even if you really need not the Scheduler of QoS packages.

  You seem to have got almost to the right place, but be aware that when you click on the button 'Install' in the box, you are given 3 choices: customer, Service and Protocol.  The "Client for Microsoft networks" is obviously a "customer." 'Internet (TCP/IP) Protocol' is a 'Protocol' and the other two are "Services".

  What elements you have installed?

  I realized what the problem was. I've implemented the new computer exactly as the old, same name and everything. Come and find the computer name of the computer being the same as the old conflict and did not again see what was on the network.

  So the trick was unplug the old computer from the network.

  You should check with the technical support of the mystery about its requirements for network program. Client/server different programs have different requirements. Certainly, you must assign your portable computer a static IP address. If the laptop is not always in the office or available, it is not really the choice the most suitable to host the game server a program. But presumably you know the better your situation and feel that the laptop will work. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

• I could see all the computers on my network, now I can't

  I use Vista Home Premium on a Dell XPS M1330. All this worked fine for about three months. I could browse other computers on my network (3 running on XP Home and a Ubuntu running with Samba). The Dell is connected via a wireless connection and the rest of the computers are connected via a wired connection.

  Suddenly after three months, the Dell saw is no longer one of the other computers. Network map simply shows the computer connected to the router connected to the internet, and goes to the network of the workstation link only shows my computer. The only way I've been able to get any for my Dell to connect to the network through a cable connected, then everything works fine. There seems to be something wrong with my wireless connection.

  I could connect to the internet OK, although I kept on getting errors in the DNS server LOADS (a link would not charge the first time, but reloading the page, he would charge very well). I tried several ways to solve this problem, but finally reinstalled Vista. This resolved DNS problems, but I still can't browse my wireless network.

  What kind of security is underway on the wireless connection?  In addition, is the computer wireless on a different subnet, by chance?

  On the wireless computer running Windows Vista:

  • Click the ball to Start .
  • Under Search type cmd , then press on enter.
  • Type ipconfig and press ENTER.

  It should return an IP address, something like 192.168.1.2.  Compare the number after the second point (1) to those on the wired connection and see if there is a difference.

  On the Windows Vista-based computer, click the Start orb, then network.  Near the top of this window where stand you "category name workgroup network", click the down arrow next to each of these categories and make sure you are filtering for computers, the correct workgroup, etc...

  You can also check the settings on the router wireless and make sure that it allows to browse the network.

• Unable to access server vm from other computers on the network.

  VM Server OS: Fedora Core 9, with a NAT net configuration

  I can access the IP address of the server to the virtual machine to the host machine, but unable to hit if other computers on the network.  This is the first time doing this on a machine Windows 7, so please let me know if Miss me something, because I did it on other OS and it worked.

  As I posted in your second post...

  You need to configure port forwarding if you want to access the guest from outside the host. You must change the VMWare NAT configuration for this file (see you second post).

  The host can access the guest without the redirect because it shares the same (virtual) network (VMnet8) with comments. Do not externel systems. They must go through the physical host NIC first. This is where redirection comes in the game.

  Can take a look at Splashtop2 in the game store.  Worked great in webOS, should be just as good in Android.
