  I would check with your host. Seems to be a default file/folder for the FTP user permission setting or maybe a umask. Maybe something you can set in your cpanel or Word if possible ftp umask.

  We do not know what file system you are using or what kind of framework of storage, but there is a very good chance the file system or storage subsystem is cached the results in memory.

  This seems in line with your experience, because the initial 1 minute response time could be the real physical reads from the disk and the file system later fast response time / storage system cache. Oracle is not aware of this cache and made the same call independently.

  Hello, by default the firefox session restore feature only allows you to save last 3 windows open. to change this, type on: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears) and search for the preference named browser.sessionstore.max_windows_undo. Double-click it and change its value to 4 (or more).

  When did start?  I have the same problem for about 3 days.  I downloaded and applied update of OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 Combo, ran disk utility and ran disk first aid.  Have not had a problem since (touch wood because it is only since the mid morning today).

  More than the upgrade of the air seems to have issues, whether all connect at the same time or other problems. I had to plug my phone into the computer, update itunes to the latest, published today, then ios upgrade 10.0.1 and it is fine now. You could bring to the apple store and probably use their computers, just don't tell the computer to trust the phone.
