  Two problems in one - slow Mac and the Mail app crashing!

  I am running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Since the last few days my Mac slowed considerably and takes a long time to start, search, and perform several tasks.   I had this problem with Firefox version 15 and found out it was because of the theme I had installed. As soon as I changed back to generic theme of firefox browser was able to move freely again. Some themes work very well but there are some that causes this problem of the browser do not move with left click the top title bar.
