Why is my MacBook Pro screen green pixels

My pixels of the screen are green when I wake the computer if it has been asleep for a long period of time, like all night, or for several hours during the day.  If I keep it for a while, he begins to fade, and the screen appears quite normal, with sometimes flickering. It seems almost as if the screen, or the computer, it must warm that he go away.  I'm afraid that my computer is telling me something serious. Like, you need to replace this computer immediately!

I tried to run an AHT on hardware and came with only one thing:

error message: 4MEM/9/40000002: 0 (or O) x83bb6390

My computer specs are:

It is a memory error. One or two of your sticks of memory is bad. Have you recently replaced memory. That could have an impact as the screen. It seems to be the Bank 0.

  • MacBook Pro screen brands

I got my Macbook Pro since mid-2012, but in the last year and a half, I noticed that the brands are now appearing on the screen. Even if I clean that brands are still, it's almost as if something ate away at the screen. I have attached a picture below, so that people have an idea of the question. Anyone know what this problem is and if there is an inexpensive way of fixing? It only is under warranty, but apple this would set? Ignore the white dots, it's just reflective roof lights.

This seems to be the anti-reflective coating delamination. Last year, Apple launched a quality program to replace the screens with this problem for free until the date of purchase on 16 October of this year, three years after the original. Since you've had your computer for more than three years, you have about a month to be eligible for a free repair. There is no official information about it on Apple's site, however, MacRumors article seems legitimate. Successfully, I had my screen replaced for free out of warranty for the same problem.

  • MacBook pro screen flashing external display connection

Whenever I connect a display remotely on DVI (tried both Apple DVI-> Adapter Mini DisplayPort customized DVI-> HDMI adapter), my Macbook pro display blinks for a long time, like 1-2 minutes before you succeed. It's annoying as *. For example: whenever I visit the coffee machine or the bathroom, I have to wait 1-2 minutes until I can get back to work, because the screen was turned off until I can come back. • Why is my macbook pro took so much space

Hello! I'm new to macbook pro, and now I started to realize that my mac has used a lot of space in just three days.

As you can see, Photos reached 1 GB and films reached 2.41 GB.

Although I have only two photos now in my Mac, 300 KB and 2 MB (I had imported the Photos App). I also, have one film, 900MB in size and also imported to iMovie for the project.

Then why my mac did take space(1GB) so for two (or four, including the imported) photos? In addition, my films are expected to only reach 1.8 - 2.0 GB only but I'm losing 400 MB here.

What can I do? and can someone explain this topic completely? is this normal?

Sorry because I'm really newb to this.

    Thanks in advance!

    El Capitan 10.11.3 OSX

So a week ago, I got my board logik replaced under the scheme where Apple do for free and when I got back that I updated the OS to El Capitan, and since then, my macbook was restart itself after the screen messes up, as there lines horizontally will go across the screen, the screen turns blue with vertical lines or he'll usually scrambled and the right part of the screen is on the left and the left side is on the right. This happens usually when I watch shows online, I bought a new external hard drive yesterday to replace my old and I did a full backup time machine, which took about 6 hours, I left alone and did not touch my MacBook all the time so he was backing only, and so it didn't plant once then when I look at something online it could crash a couple of times in an hour. It happens on safari and chrome.
Guidance on how I can resolve this issue? I plan to do a clean install of El Capitan, I know that it is usually a last resort, I already have the stick bootable installation, I was wondering if anyone had any idea what to do?

My 15 inch Macbook Pro 13 (obtained in new end 14 h & B, started using it at the beginning of the 15) has a screen which turns off at random (dim backlight is - I can see a slight difference when I actually turn off the laptop), in addition to the programs (audio abruptly stops, etc.). The computer is still on 'on' (Hum, backlight on) and it will overheat after a bit. I have to hold the power to restart. Resolutions of potential problems?

    Other things-

    1. It happens in bursts, which happens once and if I do the reboot thing and continue to use it, it will probably happen again in about 10 minutes, and if I continue to do, at some point it will extinguish almost immediately after I connect (but never before!...)
    2. Looks like CPU-consuming tasks cause this happens more frequently: However, I've never had it happen once during a vidchat on Skype or Hangouts, so I don't know? iTunes, it is more likely to occur while
    3. Seems to happen more often on the recharge of battery/no lower, but has recently been happening sometimes at 100%/plugged in.
    4. It is probably the material - I 10.9 update (question began, then like 2 months ago) to 10.11 and issue continue to occur.

  • MacBook Pro screen automatically fades everything I do

    I use a 12 inch end 2012 MacBook Pro, running OS X 10.11.1

My screen keeps dimming after a minute or two despite not controlled "automatically adjusts brightness" under the preferences panel to display and unchecked all the settings on the tabs of the battery and the power adapter in the energy saver preferences. This happens if I use the computer (actively entry) or if I'm on battery or AC adapter. 2 I even moved my computer sleep well view forward and to "Never", just to test the problem, in which case the dimming was linked to the "dim before sleep" option that is no longer available. I also tried to install the software of caffeine that is supposed to prevent the screen from dimming. Even caffeine does not work. Work on my macbook is requires constant adjustment to the top of the brightness of the screen with the f2 key. It works for awhile, then it fades again! Also has anyone seen this problem? He drives me crazy. Would appreciate a lot of suggestions. I read all the previous threads on this and it is not a system of preferences screen or saving energy in question.

  • Why impossible my macbook pro to read only 2 layers of AVCHD?

    Hello

I have a brand new beginning 2011 17 "Macbook Pro with quad core i7 to 2.2 GHz, 8 GB ram, internal a two hard drive and 1 GB ATI graphics card (I used the OWC data Doubler to replace the optical drive with another SATA hd)."  The OS hd is 500 GB 7200 RPM and the other is 750 GB at 7200 RPM.  I have all my project files and media on the 750 and my cache of media on the 500. It seems to me that this should be a lot of power for read only 2 layers of AVCHD video smoothly, but maybe I'm wrong.  What is the bottleneck, & what can I improve? It's very frustrating. Another question, out of curiosity, is how the ATI card do in fact when using first pro? I know that it is not used as a CUDA card would be, so I'm just curious as to what he actually did.

    Thank you very much!

    Andrew

    Andrew,

Here are the reasons why your MacBook Pro could not play back or even two layers of AVCHD video also gently as it should have been:

    (1) first Pro's highly multithreaded - but OSX itself is relatively poor compared to Windows 7 in multhreaded performance.

    (2) more mobile i7s are significantly slower than their desktop cousins because they are designed for low-power consumption, second creation. Mobile processors, in fact, is full of compromises, to start.

And Yes, playback of AVCHD videos in itself is itself almost entirely in software only, even if you have an Nvidia card that fully supports the GPU acceleration in MPE. If you still need a very fast processor for even two layers of AVCHD playback (which are much more tax the CPU than most of the other HD formats - and there is absolutely no free lunch, in this case, because the HD codecs which require no such a robust CPU actually needs of larger and faster drives). Unfortunately, a 2.2GHz i7 is not yet powerful enough to decode the two layers of AVCHD simultaneously; in fact, you will need one that turns to well above 4 GHz can manage this task at all.

  • Why stop my Macbook Pro >

I have a Macbook Pro bought in October 2014 El Capitan 10.11.4 running and it began to stop randomly. I left it last night and this morning it stopped charging. It happened again a few minutes ago using just battery power. I get a message that there is a problem and the computer

Stop. Then it starts up without problem. The processor is 2.8 GHz intel Core i7 and it has 16 GB of memory.

    Any suggestions? Thank you.
