Will be also someone please tell me why a CD with drivers for ASUS and motherboard support options change to a file only as reading support only, but it was like an installation disk? I mean he had the factor graph and as multi-format, now it gives just files and are not a pleasure drive anymore? Can I change it back? What happened to him? I did try and she put the BIOS on diskette for a flash for a one-way effort, but it has not worked for me! I messed up the CD? I don't see how?

Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. It is a Renesas controller and I use the 2.1.28.0 with firmware driver 4015.

I'm not sure but I may have found the problem. I see where a guy here was having a similar problem and it was caused by Acronis. I recently installed Acronis 2012. I have been lucky to uninstall, but I will update this post when I do.  He was also running windows 7-64 bit on a motherboard ASUS!

Acronis was the problem.  I uninstalled Acronis and now my card reader works as it should.  Strange!

A yellow line appears when I turn on the PC (most recently the case today).  The line appears on the chest and OS splash pages and above all content Office happens to be located underneath.  It extends to full height and is about 70 to 80 pixels from the right edge of the screen.  It seems to be 1 pixel wide - it is the same width as the lines in the box blue lassoo I get by clicking and dragging through the office.

Because I have not seen this line interact with the operating system or application software, and it is in front of all the information are displayed, I'm guessing that it's a hardware problem on the LCD screen.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

Quick update to the original poster:

I have discussed this with the HP technical support and they had me check that the line of pixels is in the BIOS screen as well.  It is as I suspected there is a LCD issue.  I can post the PC to get a new LCD in there.  You wonder why they can't replace it on the site (which I paid for).  Time to back up the hard drive...

The network is wired, and both systems can see well that there are certain permissions I need to sort out the XP PC to access files Win 7. I tried to solve KB922120 by reading the online forum and have read most of the questions but no remedy to this problem.
