  I suggest that you go in the mouse properties and lower the sensitivity and see if that helps.

  Depends on what you used for the backup.

  I think you are looking at a screen display issue, and I doubt there is anything you can do to ensure that it is correct on the other end. You can't control the screens of other users or settings.
