  You will need to rename regedit.exe to regedit.com (my computer-> tools-> option-> view file-> remove tickmark to "Hide extension for known file types"-> ok-now right click on local disk C:\WINDOWS\ online search of regedit.exe rename regedit.com).

  Then click on Start-> Run Type &-> Regedit-> ok.

  Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Exefile\Shell\Open\Command
  (you will have to press on + to achieve order)

  Now, double-click default slot right windows and then change the value in this box for '%1' % *.

  Repeat the same for HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Exefile\Shell\Open\Command

  Close regedit, restart your pc and check if its working.

  It turns out that you can't use the full path to the .bat file in "Program/script" field of the Scheduler of tasks but rather than actual .bat file name, then the rest of the way in the field "start in".

  The image should probably be on a web site accessible publicly somewhere and referred to in the HTML code.  Otherwise, you are probably referring to it in the HTML code as C:\USERS\\desktop\whatever.jpg--> which is not accessible on the internet / to the general public.
