  My laptop charger is malfunctioning. We all know that if a device is unplugged and use it permanently, it will possibly miss fees.  If the problem is when my charger is plugged in, it do not charge the cell phone or laptop to run out of charge instead it neutralizes the battery and allows him the same percentage it is (46% will remain as 46%).  I just realized this problem last month, but I don't know what is the real problem. If this is the problem of the charger, it wouldn't charge or neutralize my battery at all. It is more likely that the port of loading is the problem but at the moment, we don't know.  What can I do?

  Also note that load capacity: 89%. This means that your battery is exhausted. This is the max your battery can take care of.

  It is an indication of some possibilities. I would try #1 first, then #2.

  (1) a problem with the AC adapter. It's probably not that the question if you are able to remove the battery, connect the power adapter and start-up in Windows.

  (2) in the battery method control compatible ACPI Microsoft operating system device drivers could be damaged.  See the image below.

  

  Call the Device Manager.

  Uninstall the driver from the power adapter plugged. Ignore the warning.

  After it is uninstalled, right click on any device and select search the hardware changes.

  The operating system must install a new copy of the device compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery driver.

  (3) failure of the circuit electrical distribution\charging on the motherboard

  If it does not help it is time to use the warranty. The battery, adapter and motherboard are replaceable without cost to you, as long as the warranty is still in effect.

  All batteries have a limited life expectancy (a limited number of charge/discharge cycles). To increase battery life, the Sony battery maintenance program allows the user to choose a setting to stop laptop at 80% or 50% battery charge, which increases the useful life of the battery. Constant 100% charge and discharge of a battery creates additional wear on its load cells and decreases battery life expectancy. Maintenance of the battery of the parameters are in the VAIO Control Center application.

  Battery maintenance is disabled by default, but if a user commonly uses the laptop plugged in on current alternative for long periods, the battery will be beneficial to allow maintenance of the battery, not letting the battery charges to 80%. When it is disconnected from the power supply, the battery will not work the system as long with only 80% of costs, but it will save the cycles of load on piles and let the battery perform well for an extended period before the need for replacement.

  No way to add a touchscreen. I don't know how you changed Intel Radeon graphics card, unless you have installed a different motherboard. The original motherboard has two graphics chips, so if you install the right driver you can access the AMD Radeon HD M 7470.

  The processor could theoretically be upgraded to an i7, but these improvements are rarely economically justified because of the high cost of processors unique and time required for doing the upgrade. Somehow, I think less than 10% of the improvements that we are discussing on this Forum actually. You simpler and better (more efficient) upgrade is to install an SSD. If the Pages ' 09 has been installed prior to any publication pages v5, older Pages move silently in Applications: iWork ' 09 file.   try reseating the cartridges once more & switch off the printer and remove power & other cables connected to the printer & press & hold the power for 20 seconds & then reconnect all cables back & then turn on the pritner & try to use that will solve the problem...
