  My hard drive crashed in September and I had to replace it.  I reinstalled Money from my bought original disc and transferred all my data backup.  After 2 months, I received the message that I needed to enter an activation code.   I entered the code and the code received the error message is not good.   I tried to contact customer service for a replacement product key, but they couldn't figure out as the no program support? and told me to go online and find an answer.  Anyone know how to get the reactive program?  I don't want to lose 7 years of financial data.

  I was not aware of the money more being abandoned.  I have information that I need to print more money but I tried every password I've ever used and I can't have my old files.  I tried to change the p/w, but every time I got the message that the p/w was incorrect. My saved backups has the same problem. He asked p/w, and nothing works. I need the info for the production of statements.  Y at - it suggestions on what to do?   I upgraded to editing sunset sunset, reset DLL libraries and still have the same problem.  I opened the money normally, then about 30 seconds it closes abruptly without warning.  I'm running Windows XP sP3 on a 3 gig p4 processor.  The problem started after the download of my Bank a few days ago.  Before that, I ran this software on this system for years without problem.  Any help out there?
