  Not at all, replied same question recently. The entire slide is considered as being clickable in this case, and since everything on a default question slide is on top of the stack, the entire slide will cover the shape button.

  If you want a question of access point where you control everything, do not use the issue of the default access point. You can easily create a question of access point with shapes like the clickable hotspots with the big advantage that the hotspots in this case need not be squares/rectangles.

• Disable/hide the smart shape buttons

  I use Cp 8.0.1.  I am trying to disable and hide the buttons of smart shape to go to the next/previous slide until a specific time or a situation that happens.

  Smart shape buttons still work even if disable them you or hide them, even if you do not see them. Is there a way to do this?  Thank you.

  Are you talking about intelligent form buttons that exist on a slide Master?

  If you don't want a smart shape on a regular slide button to be 'available' to the point of a while, you just configure so that the starting point is when you want on the timeline, as shown below:

  Would be useful if someone has a solution for me, but I think it's more a problem with Captivate Smart forms in general.

  I like to use active forms in the form of buttons especially now you can have different States for the normal, over and down. The problem is that the active forms when used as buttons shrink, which in some respects is good because it gives the user some type of visual feedback of interactivity and I think that it is the intention then Smart forms as buttons have been introduced. But here's the problem, if you place your cursor on the edge of the button shape and click shape retracts and is no longer under the cursor. When you release your mouse button does not trigger any action that was attached to this button

  I'd be happy for someone to report a quick fix that I am missing but I have not found all the messages about the present. This problem makes me see again my principles of interface design when you use Adobe Captivate and active forms in the form of buttons to make sure that the user clicks in the active area of the Smart button shape. We are talking only about 5 pixels, I think, but if you have effects such as glows and shadows on the button and then visually you give the user more opportunity to meet this problem.

  Hi Rod,

  Yes, it was one of my first thoughts, but I quickly discovered that although the new States are great, they are still very limited in this first version of new feature and you can affect only the background and outline of shape, what got me thinking and found a workaround.  It won't work if you don't have a stroke that is already applied to your shape and you use a fill sold.

  First, I added a line of px 1 to the normal state of the smart shape and it's the same color as my filling. Then I activated the idle state and added a px race 4 of the same color.  "Hey Presto" it worked and the smart shape does not decrease at all.

  You MUST have a stroke, applied to a Normal State to work properly, or any size you do the low width of line of State, it will not increase in size correctly. Strangely, it has increased only very slightly and only about 2 px regardless of what size you defined in your inactive state.

  So that kind of works, but unfortunately I used a random variable of different smart shape using images, gradients and colors buttons different diseases. Close, but no cigar.

  You have to press on and hold more than a few seconds to see the drop other forms or use the shortcut shift - u.

  If you have already done this. Try to reset the shape tool. Select it and in the bar options, right or control-click (Mac) on the icon, choose Reset tool.

  You have another object on the slide, such as a button, click on the box, or smart shape, converted to a button?

  I suspect that you have a button on this slide, which is put on pause to 1.5 seconds by default. Everything that is on your timeline after this point does not appear when you preview or publish, because the project will pause to 1.5 seconds.

  I'm fairly new to Captivate that maybe this isn't a problem and more a matter of learning. But, the objects that I use as the buttons are all now called ' Smart form ' in the properties panel and timeline. I'm having a problem to find a way to identify the correct object for target with actions. The only time where I see there's real name/object id are always there when I'm trying to build a fast action.

  I suspect that not looking to a slide, but a model of slides? Objects on a slide are never any ID.

  For objects on normal slides, you can change the generic name in the properties panel as before.

• Save a reader extended PDF form read-only

  Prior to this announcement, I searched for hours in forums and the internet on how to get there, but I can't find the solution.

  I created a simple form in Acrobat and saved with player so he can be saved by my colleagues in Adobe Reader, once informed extended attributes.   Create a button somewhere on the form and add the following code to the mouse event to the top:

  Use only the actual field names that you use in your form. Users should be sure to save as a new file, and I would say that they put the blank form read-only via the file system so that they don't accidentally overwrite it.

  There is no 'show more' button or option to increase the amount of somewhere, so I don't think it's just an arbitrary amount.

  I don't think that it's one thing to user experience either. Watch 'Recently played' WAY more songs, so there is no reason not to do with «To the top next»

  It might have something to do with the shuffle function? Like, if only about 20 songs are mixed and added to the queue until the next at some point, to make the application run faster?

  I was cleaning my Add-ons, etc and noticed that extension, Smart Printing button 1.0 is disabled b/c, it is not compatible with my current version of FF 18.0.1, why not uninstall and go? I looked for answers on how to do it, but come up empty. I searched my C drive for the HP, print Web program (such as suggested by the forums HP) and found nada, I think I might have deleted (not uninstalled correctly) as I felt as I didn't need and now the extension. How can I remove the extension of Smart Printing button 1.0 on the list of Firefox extensions in the current situation?

  I just downloaded the HP/Bing smart print button & it does nothing when I click on it. I have, click on the activate button & followed the instructions, but when he was told to select an option, the only option he had to take off, so I didn't check anything. • My keyboard is not save when I try to use a button more than once.

  My keyboard is not recording that I use a button more than once and it's causing problems with typing and use / the overall experience from my computer.
  If I try to go back an entire word, it will be only a matter of erasing and then the keyboard does not recognize that I use the back button back until I have use another first. Essentially, I am unable to use a button more than once, unless I hit another key.
  This problem does not extend to the buttons of the mouse and trackpad.
  This problem is not just with the keys to the letter, with all the control keys.

  The first two thoughts that come to mind are supposed to check and "fiddling" the following:

  1 Control Panel > keyboard > Ketboard Repeat Delay and/or keyboard repeat rate.

  2 panel > Ease of Access Center > facilitate the use of the keyboard > disable filter keys or to adjust the applicable rates, if you want to use them.

  I can create 4 smart to achieve form but is at - it another way to create 1 Smart form with 4 categories restricted him.

  So if applicant raise request using this form are allowed to use only these 4 categories.
