Whenever I click on the photo app, it will crash two seconds after opening. He never lets go blue background that photo enforcement. Also, if I go to the folder of document thing in the office and go on my photos in this way, it still crashes. If I want to open the photo, it doesn't let me. It will make a sound and say 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You can't have the appropriate information to access the item. Help, please!

  • Windows 8 Mail application crashes

    Original title: Outlook crashes when opened in Windows 8, but works very well om my Windows Phone 8 and the opening of the office... What is happening with this?

    Using Outlook on my Surface program has been crashing spontaneously on a daily basis, every time I try to write an email or transfer a... However, when I open my Windows Phone 8 or the Office of Surface (as opposed to direct Mail of Surface tile), it seems to work very well. I don't know how to uninstall a Live tile and then reinstall it, or that's what I do! That's how I used to deal with many problems I used to have with the number of iterations of Windows and thought that this new version (my last?) could correct the deficiencies that I had gotten used to with Windows. I guess it was too much to hope to dethrone frustrating!

    I had the same problem with my Windows 8, which has developed after choosing the prospects of the original Hotmail/Windows Live installation. On the Windows Welcome screen, I uninstalled the original mail app by clicking the tile and choose uninstall. I then reinstalled the app from the store Windows. The messaging application now opens successfully.

  • Windows 8 Mail App crashes with a particular email

    I have two e-mail messages specific causing the Windows 8 messaging application crashing. There is no error message, but the app close and I'm back to the start screen. When this email was at the top of my Inbox, the Mail App would crash whenever I started it. Other e-mails do not cause this problem.  (The message contains an attachment, PDF and HTML).

    I tried to run the troubleshooter of applications modern and repair/reinstall the Mail application. However, if I click on that e-mail message, it still causes the Mail App to close and return to the start screen.  Then, whenever I try to re - open Mail from the splash screen, it will be 'flash' showing that the problematic e-mail is selected, then close and return to the start screen.

    The only "solution" I found is "Search" in the messages (from the Panel to the right of the start screen) for anything whatsoever.  Mail will then open WITHOUT the problematic email selected, and I can resume the use of the program.

    I have considered other responses to this problem and that you have tried the solutions for the utility of troubleshooting and repair/reinstall, nothing done.

    You can contact the Office of the answer, they can solve your problem. Here is the link: http://answerdesk.microsoftstore.com/AnswerTech

  • Why my windows freeze and go does not respond when I try to install the msn photo on hotmail download tool?

    Why my windows freeze and go does not respond when I try to install the msn photo on hotmail download tool?

    The active x bar descends into the small window and freezes all windows open right there and will not respond. This happens when I open a new message and try to attach photos.

    Things I tried but has not made a difference:

    reinstalled IE 8, deleted the history of the browser, disk Cleanup, removed msn photo upload control, optimized IE8

    With xp media center

    PS. This occurs also at any time the information down to install an active x on any site control

    The only way to surf now with frustration is to use IE 8 NOT add optional

    So I fixed that on my own and that's how I did it.

    You must uninstall IE 8 completely which will bring you to IE 7 (in my case) and then install IE 8 via the site updates or microsoft.

    Uninstallin IE 8 by going to:

    Start--->

    Control Panel--->

    Add Remove programs--->

    Scroll down to IE 8--->

    Click on delete.

    IE8 updates must be removed also, if not then click the box 'To see the updates' on the top of the window to scroll down, look for the IE 8 security updates and delete.

    Resart your computer and install IE 8.

    This worked for me and may or may not work for you.
