  Hello
  I had problems with links in emails not open their web pages when I clicked on them. I've read some of the info on the help and decided to reset default Firefox. Later, I realized that my "downloads" had been removed. Is it possible to restore these because they are all related to Internet Marketing elements such as plugins, I downloaded ebooks, scripts etc etc?
  I work on Windows XP
  I looked in the folder that was created automatically by Firefox on reset but I can not find them in there!
  Any suggestions please?

  We have recently improved our system of IE11 company and we have a lot of problems regarding the opening of PDF files now. We use desktop computers Windows 7 64 bit and I tested on Windows 8.1 and it works fine.

  I tried to install Adobe reader DC and it worked on my machine, but then when I unrolled to others it did not work! The preview works for me and also a PDF file opens in the browser always (even after a reboot). However, when I installed this for others it was the same result do not load the preview and the opening outside the IE. The strange turn had similar results as before. I connect to PCs others and it works very well but their profile it doesn't. I have reset their server profiles, but it's still a question! As I log in machines of others and it works there seem not to be a PC problem?

  It looks like this case has finally be resolved - we have installed an Adobe security update and it seems to have fixed all of the issues around this now.

  I can't open a PDF file in my program Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Mac (OS 10.9.5). When I try to open a PDF file, the icon for the program appears in my menu bar and bounces as opening. However, does not open the file itself. I get access to preferences, etc., but I can't not all files to display. I tried to open files from both my Finder and directly from the Acrobat Reader software. There is no error message is displayed. the file does not appear. I tried to reinstall only the program three times, restarted my computer several times, I would like to admit it, etc., but no change.

  If anyone can help with this problem, I would be very happy. I run my own business from this computer and use Acrobat every day, so this is a pretty big deal for me. I would be grateful for any help you can offer.

  Open some files with Acrobat, go to window-> Cascade-> tile and see if that opens PDF files.

  I am running FF v.28 and were not able to open PDF files in a very long time. In fact, I don't remember the last time it worked correctly. When you click on a PDF link, the page opens is empty or nothing happens. I can view PDF in this other browser without problems. I tried 'various' bugs found on the net but still nothing. I'll try FF removal and reinstallation as a last resort. Otherwise, I am at my wits end.

  A few things:

  (1) your "more details of the system" shows two different plugins Adobe PDF (10 and 11 series). You may need to disable one of those.

  Open the page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click on Plugins. Search for "Adobe Acrobat" and definition of one of them "never activate.

  (2) try changing your viewer.

  The settings file that stores stock for Firefox cannot display on its own sometimes of the files is corrupt, and once or twice in the Options dialog box layout can help to straighten out.

  I have a neurological disease and an accumulation of documents on Evernote. Most of the documents have been given to me by a doctor, I have them scanned in PDF files and read these files in Evernote. I just assumed that when it came time to take the documents to a new doctor, I could print them. But, when I went to print multi-page documents, the printer would only print the first page and ignore the rest.

  Sounds like you have a problem with EverNote, not Acrobat. Acrobat prints being told to print, it does not stop after the first page.

  Please read carefully what I suggested that you make.  You should be able to determine the raw bytes that has your Web server.  The Web Service then converts it to text he sends you.  You should be able to convert it to bytes that were originally used.  You have enough information in this thread already do.  Please confirm this part of the treatment before you do anything else.

  That's where I think your problem is.  Look at the code I gave you in the last post.  But you will need to know the format of the raw bytes that are stored on your Web server and sent to you.  Then find a way to convert them into a Bitmap image on the device - method may depend on how the bytes are stored on your Web server.  It might be that the bytes that are sent to you are already in a Blackberry bitmap format, but I doubt it.

  So please make sure that you have correctly found the bytes of the raw image.  When this is correct, you know that your network stuff working.  Once you've done that, then you have to find a way to convert the bytes of the Bitmap image.

  If the byte [] is supported by JSR 172 is not relevant at this stage.

  I also had problems during the upgrade to version BETA 2.

  My application will compile fine but when run in the Simulator, it would break indicating: 'CODE of ERROR 8 '.

  What I have done is to create a new application of Cascades and simply copied over the old files in my new project (with a change of name here and there).

  This fixed the problem.

  I tried EVERYTHING to get a PDF file to open it in firefox on my mac. They worked about 6 months ago but then stopped.   You need to change your file associations so that the reader opens pdf files. How you do that depends on what operating system you are using.

  Hello freedomas, you can try the following?

  go in firefox > help > troubleshooting information, click on file/show profile folder and close all firefox windows later. a windows Explorer window should open upwards - in there remove the file named mimetypes.rdf (which stores the actions to handle different types of files) - it will be regenerated the next time you launch the browser.
