  (1) once the unit is on keep tapping F8 key control if unit loads in safe mode try to do a system restore.

  (2) if the unit will not charge at F8, you can try to load to F11 option also and try to restore the system here as well.

  Hello.  In general, I create PDF files for all my contact without problem sheets.  But today, I created my own size of the model and for some reason the 'impression' (lower-left next to the option "Print to file") is disabled.  I usually click on 'Print' and through the option PDF create PDF from there... Why am I not able to access the area of PDF creation?  I'm boggled.  I restarted my mac thinking maybe it was a little problem but that no longer works.  Anyone? Please?
