  • Why should I keep entering my password Apple ID?

Four days ago, when I got up, I saw a message on my MacMini (OSX 10.11.5) of Fantastical telling me that my iCloud password is incorrect. I entered the password that I knew was correct several times, but he kept to the rejection. I gave up and cancelled the dialog box.

A few minutes later, I received a message from the OS telling me that the Mac cannot connect to iCloud because the password is incorrect.

When I went to iCloud in system preferences to enter the password, I received a message telling me that my iCloud account was suspended and I have go to iforgot.apple.com to reset the password. No information on why the account has been suspended and no choice for me, while continuing to use the old password.

So, no other choice. I went to julien inconu and reset the password.

    Then the nightmare began...

I have a total of five devices of Apple that are associated with the same AppleID, iCloud, iTunes account, etc.: two AppleTV 4, a 6s, an iPad iPhone 3 and a MacMini 2009.

Once I reset the password to the MacMini became essentially useless because of a large number of requests for password: iCloud, iMessage, iTunes, Apple music, messaging and so on for more than half an hour. The same thing happened with other devices. At the time wherever I stopped counting, I got my new password on different devices over 50 times? Is this really necessary?

But it does not stop there. This lasted for days with the same password requested on various devices over and over and over and over again.

Four days later it is still ongoing. I have been using on my iPad iMessage regularly. But, this afternoon, I received the message: "sign in with your Apple ID to activate iMessage. What the devil? I activated iMessage on iPad years ago and updated the password for Apple ID last Saturday. Why again?

I was about to order a new iPad Mini today to replace my old iPad, but I now wonder if it would be wise. I really want to stay invested in infrastructure that has caused me pain for the last four days?

It is possible that the original password reset request was started because someone may have been trying to hack your account (or someone had used wrong your e-mail account to connect to their account because of the similarities). Apple has no control over that.

What I would say, and it may seem a bit tedious, is to disconnect from iCloud on all your devices, and then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign in. If you have no error log on your password to stay connected to the next step. If you receive errors of password follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once you have successfully log in the web site of Apple ID management stay connected. Now, one at a time, sign in to your account iCloud on each of your devices but refresh the page on the web site Apple ID management between each additional device. Make sure that each device as they connect to iCloud are added to your list of "Trusted devices" on the website of Apple ID management.

Once all devices have been connected to your iCloud account consider activation of Apple's two-factor authentication to protect your iCloud account against unauthorized access. For more information and how to enable two-factor authentication, see this web page.

NOTE: Two-factor authentication is new mechanism to protect Apple iCloud account. It's not not to be confused with the old audit of two steps of Apple. They are activated differently.

  • Why should I keep my project report.

Fact the first elements do not take in a somehwre file... If I make it then make some changes more and make it once again, it seems that his remake of the project. It wasn't always this way. Please hep I use Ver 11

    williamrhea

What operating system for your 11 first elements?

"It wasn't always that way." And in what version you base this claim which is not true for Premiere Elements.

    1. When you import a file into a project and the project preset corresponds to the properties of the source media, you don't overcome no coloured line this timeline content.

2 but, whenever you change this video, you will get an orange line on its content. This is the program telling you that you have not found the best possible overview of the reading of the file in the editing area monitor. If you want the best possible overview, then you make chronology of rendering for this file... the line orange green towers at the end of these progress, indicating that you can now see the best possible overview.

    3. you have not rendered editing. But it is your window of opportunity to detect a problem sooner than later. It is particularly useful for titles, transitions, effects and formats not natives.

From the first Elements 4, probably earlier, there has been this situation. In earlier versions, a red colored line was used instead of orange to alert the user to the condition where the best possible overview was not be seen - chronology made indicated.

Regarding a shim for rendering, not so much. And many complain that if they save close a project whose installation has been made, they will be re-opened the project to find a look "not made" for many, if not all the content of the timeline - which was the last time that green will now present like orange. It is another story.

What you are looking for does not exist. Curious to learn more on "It's always that way.".

    Consider.

  • Why should I keep connection and registration CC apps (Windows)

Whenever I get close and app (CC of Photoshop, Illustrator CC, etc...) and I will open later when I need it, I have to log in again and save the product every time. The only problem which does not give me any trouble is Lightroom because it is not connected to the cloud in the same way that other applications are...

All this becomes quite frustrating when you go and come between Lightroom and Photoshop, as I often as I do. (Sometimes it's just a natural reaction to close Photoshop CC when I think that I'm done with it.)

    Hi dustin_pennay,

Please try this fix to solve the problem.

Please rename the folder SLStore to SLStore.old from this location

    Windows:

    C:\ProgramData\Adobe

    Mac:

  • Satellite Pro A300 PSAG9E. Should I keep or not?

    Hello

I just bought a Toshiba Satellite Pro A300 PSAG9E. It came pre-installed with Vista and also a DVD to upgrade to windows 7 Professional (that I installed).

I tried to start the machine this morning, but for some reason it wouldn't start. All that's happened is that the initial toshiba screen appears, followed by a black screen frozen (showing underscore in the top left corner).

The thing is that I have seem to have been able to solve this problem, but I do not understand how and why this happened!
The issue seems to be related to the battery. At first, I tried to boot up the laptop (with only the battery connected) however it would not start. I don't think this has nothing to do with the amount of battery charge, because it had more than enough in it. I then tried to start it with just the power cable (and no battery). For some reason any that seemed to do the trick, and the laptop has been able to start. The laptop has now also boots when battery and the attached cable.

    Why is this happening?
I am interested to know, is because this laptop already has given me a few problems. The laptop also bought very recently, so I can still return it for a refund (which I seriously think!).

What should I do guys? Any help/advice you give to this topic would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you
    Jay

    > All that's happened is that the initial toshiba screen appears, followed by a black screen frozen (showing underscore in the top left corner).

Underscore flashing in the left corner means that the BIOS battery was empty or something wrong with the HARD drive (possibly BIOS didn't find the right source of start-up)

I recommend access to BIOS and set it to the default value. Save the changes and try to start the device again.

You should also keep the laptop connected to the mains for about 24 hours and the laptop should be ON as well.
This will help the CMOS battery.
