Why show black screen for some of my users with a view to the horizon?

I installed horizon view 6.0. now, I just have a problem sometimes some of my users connect to their desktop with vmware view client horizon just see a black screen and cannot do everything even when I'm this office openconsole in vsphere client no show and a black screen for solve the problem I have to restart this desktop computer and its not ok how can I prevent black screen
now I see that my status of vmware tools was obsolete is so important?
What di I do?

As often occurs when the wrong VGA driver is installed. This occurs when the view Agent is installed on the desktop, and then the VMware Tools is updated after the fact. The result is the driver included with the Agent to view VGA is replaced with the VGA driver in VMware Tools. You can see some advantages to the relocation of the Agent of the view, or update the VMware Tools and then install the Agent from the view.

I'm under vm workstation 10.0.1 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, I created a VMware machine in my computer using Media 6.4 RHEL, after all, installation has been completed successfully, The RHEL installation wizard suggested to restart, after restart, the virtual machine shows BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR of A in the upper left. FYI my system supports the "virtualization technology intel. Please help, if someone solved this issue. Thank you.

The problem has been resolved. As I said I was installing OS and then the problem comes after the reboot.
I selected all the graphics software during the installation of linux. and it worked.

YouTube load black screen for the first five seconds
As of the beginning of January 2013 in Firefox, videos YouTube are responsible as empty black screens for the first five seconds. 0:06 mark, video begin to play normally. This isn't a problem in Chrome or IE. Tested with all plug-ins and Add-ons disabled (except Flash player). Plug-ins/add-ons custom updated. Tried to reinstall Firefox without solution. Help? You can check the problems caused by the recent updates of Flash and try these:
- disable an eventual extension of the browser for Firefox Plugin RealPlayer Record and if installed RealPlayer update
- disable the safe_mode in Flash 11.3 and later versions
- turn off hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Basically what the title says, "computer starts up, but before the office is up I get a black screen for 5-15 minutes long."
I don't know the problem, looking it up and this is an annoying problem.
