  Once you have registered the product, you should not see the banner of 'Trial' on NEW projects. This isn't the case, right? You only see on the project that you created before you register the product, right?

  That said, to remove the banner, go to the folder of directory on your hard drive where your project PREL files are stored and delete the folder called Adobe Premiere elements preview files.

  Given that the OP has solved its problem, I thought that I needed to start my own thread.

  I have a new E-mail notification icon on my home screen that says I have 1 new e-mail.  I followed all the tips listed in the thread above with no success.  This happened last week just after the blackberry network problem. Ironically when she appeared, I didn't have a new email.  I took the battery out and restarted several times, no luck.  Did the search of unopened emails and not luck.

  Any ideas?  I know that it is an icon of e-mail as the number grows when in fact I get a new email.  After reading all the emails the icon always shows 1.

  Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order. (I know will say you that you have done all this... but).

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  Recently, I noticed a new icon on my phone that appears only when calls.  It appears in the upper right of the screen and looks like the signal bar graph only reversed w service / larger bars on the left and get more small movement to the right.  They also have a sign of more white at the top of each blue bar, the background is a black box.  Anyone have any idea what it is for and why it came only recently?  Thanks in advance.

  BIS accounts on a systematic POP mail server will check every 15 minutes and push new email, then check again in two minutes and push new messages and repeat that during two rounds of two minutes until no new message is found and then go back to the cycle of 15 min, etc., rinse and repeat.

  BIS IMAP accounts are instant push. Google and Yahool mail are instant.

  There are no options for changing the cycle. It is determined by the type of the mail server you are using.

  Hi there and welcome to the forums!

  You can resolve this problem by following the steps (I did the same thing on my Storm for the same reason you):

  • Open the phone application, then press the BB Menu key and select Options
  • Select Call Logging and then change the calls to zero logging options.

  This will still show an icon for missed calls, but it will remove the calls to your main message folder.

  KB10167 will show you how to clear the database of profiles

  QUESTION 1:

  I have my BB Storm connected to my outlook (aka my work email) and two 1) to gmail and 2) MSN personal e-mail accounts. And on the screen of the main menu of my blackberry, I have three icons labeled as:

  Messages (outlook), Messages (gmail account) and Messages (MSN account)

  But what is a little irritating, it's that the emails sent from Outlook (running on my PC at work) to my Gmail or my MSN account, ALL themselves in my icon of Messages (outlook) on my BB Storm. I put the 'Save copy in sent folder' to no.

  2ND QUESTION:

  In addition, I can't understand the purpose of the drop-down list "Messsage Services". There are three items in the list:

  (1) Desktpo 2) my MSN address email and 3) my gmail address. I know that when I select MSN or gmail as the 'Message Services' the available options for change. But the global options? or are they specific to the 'message service "I chose?".

  I hope I am clear. I could not find much support DOCs or on the BB site.

  1. your key messages folder will get all THE electronic, all. We cannot dissociate the BIS personal mail out, but you can BES email (work) to help empower BES Inbox. Google for more information.

  2. the "office" is your work email. The options change whether you use your work email account or accounts of the persona that the first is BES and the last two are BIS accounts who have options and different functions.

  Indeed - if Sprint have not migrated your old BB PIN BIS account to the new, so nothing of your old configuration work. Call them to confirm that everything is correct with their configuration for your replacement BB.

  I recently changed my email address and I'm trying to remove the two accounts of my BB email and put in place 2 new.  I can't find a way to remove the 'old' and if I try to put in place a new one I can't. I cannot go into the CONFIGURATION section and if I can get the E-mail section to work I get redirected to a page that asks me if I want an account or a business account.  I click on Internet account and she makes a loop around back to the CONFIGURATION page... Help!

  Thanks for the quick response.  in fact, after MUCH searching around the 'net.  I found a suggestion to reinstall e-mail setup.  Once I did, it worked perfectly.  I was able both to delete old accounts and add the new.

  Recently, I had to send my curve away from setting the led screen and received the same phone as a loan. She has set up my e-mail account and everything worked fine and dandy.

  Now, a month later, I got my blackberry back. The woman at Sasktel backed up the loan and restored it on my Berry. My bbm contacts, everything has been restored correctly.

  But I get no emails. Both my accounts are set up and all my previous emails are there until she me back on since the article ready to mine. How can I fix it? What I have to go to Sasktel and ask them to do?

  contacted directly supported blackberry via e-mail. These measures have helped reset it.

  1 settings > Apps > BlackBerry Launcher > press clear data for first, then clear the Cache, stop, claire is default.

  2. go to the game store > tap on three lines on the top left corner > tap on my apps & games > select BlackBerry Launcher > if there is an update available, please perform the update.

  3. change the default wallpaper. Settings > display > Wallpaper > Wallpaper > select default wallpaper.

  2. click on 'Edit' next to the email to which account you want to change (or remove) the signature.

  3. where it says "signature", delete all the text if you don't want ANY signature, or change view you prefer instead of "sent from my BlackBerry... »
