In order to activate the product should obtain the following option: -.
-Use the trial subscription or
-J' have a serial number
Please select the option - use of the trial or subscription, and then click next - restart Acrobat and sign in with your Adobe ID

I am Professor in a french University (University of Nice - Polytech Nice Sophia Antipolis) and I re - install CS5 Design premium. I managed with the fisrt and 2 DVDs, but I failed with Acrobat 9 PRO (9.0.3).
I found the serial number for the part 1 (Photoshop, illustrator...) but we have lost the serial number for acrobat for Acrobat. I have yet the CD build date and the CD part number.
Can you help me with my serial number for Acrobat 9.0.3?

Why doesn't my serial number for Acrobat Pro DC?

Last night, I bought DC Pro Acrobat (Mac, English) for my new MacBook Pro. Had no problem buying the software, downloading on my computer or by running the Setup program. However, when I try to register my new software by entering its serial number - I received my order confirmation email - I get a message that says: "Please enter a valid serial number."
What is even more surprising and frustrating, is that my purchase is clearly present in my order history (in my Adobe profile user ID ). And it displays the same serial number, I said repeatedly is not valid.
Anyone know why the serial number remains themselves gave me does not work, or what I can do to fix this? I'd appreciate a lot any idea that people have.

How to solve the problems to validate the serial number for Acrobat Pro XI?
I have a PC with Win 7 OS. I bought Acrobat Pro XI for more than a year, but had problems to validate serial number, so I just kept using X Pro. Now, I have installed PRO XI. I could not enter its serial number. When I try to start the program, I find that a box appears on my screen. It contains, and I can't, I asks me to validate my serial number. Here is a picture of this box. The drop-down list on the left does not contain Acrobat Pro XI, but, oddly enough, the label top left confirms that this box appeared in the program Acrobat Pro XI. Very strange. Does anyone know of any other way to validate the serial number?
