Why Windows 7 I cannot download iTunes (32-bit)?

Sorry that I don't know enough about computers to add any other details.

What exact error message you get, if any?

Is your machine 32-bit or 64-bit?  You take the correct version depending on your machine?

  • How to disable the pop up "Windows Media Player cannot download the information on the media... "after the extraction of a CD without activation of network connectivity.

When I copy a CD with Windows Media Player, I get the message pop up after the investigation period is over: "Windows Media Player cannot download the media for this CD information. The other titles, artist, and album will be identified as "Unknown" in your library. For best results, connect to the Internet or manually add media for CD information. »

I know that the message appears when I turn on the setting to allow WMP to connect to the internet to get information about the media, but I don't want WMP does. What I want is a button I can push on the pop-up that says "don't show this message again" (similar to the warnings seen in internet explore). How can I disable this pop-up window without activating the internet connection option.

In case you're wondering, the data from the internet are incompatible in the naming convention so when I rip an audio book, so I can listen to my mp3 player, I can't completely post-processing script because not all of the disks in a set have a coherent on the slopes or even name the disc etc. At least drives marked 'Unknown' is consistent and so easy to script for the reduction to a single MP3 file.

I am trying to download itunes and I always get an error to Windows Installer. I tried all of the corrective actions; uninstalling, reinstalling, revo, etc.. I don't know what to do now.

Please can someone help? I think maybe I should just clear everything and start over with my backup disks. I don't mind what to do if someone thinks it will work.

    Thank you

Download, install and run the Windows Installer cleanup Utility at: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Windows-Installer-CleanUp-Utility-Download-18442.html and then try installation again to see if that helped.

If that doesn't work, put the installation on your desktop icon and right-click on it and click on run as administrator and see if that makes a difference.

If not, request the assistance of the technical support forums and iTunes at: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ and http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=149.

    I hope this helps.

I can't install itunes 64-bit on 64-bit edition Windows 7 Home premium. Have tried all of the fixes recommended without success (including the latest version of the itunes 64-bit Installer

Is the installation of windows 64-bit only a question problem home premium? I read forums where other versions (ultimate) users do not receive this error.

A patch can be downloaded to fix the windows install error?

PC came with Home Premium preinstalled, so have only startup disk and not the cd of Windows 7 Home Premium full to perform a complete reinstallation.

    Hello

I had similar problems with my laptop 64-bit Windows 7 & iTunes.  Finally, I have iTunes installed 10.5.1.42, thanks to a friend who has downloaded onto a CD using their Apple laptop.

The installation of thin attempts, where the previous CD was working using the direct download did not, despite trying many options, such as turning off the firewall and virus checkers and using another Manager download (Softonic) instead of iTunes.

Downloaded Softonic iTunes 10.4 despite my 10.5 selection, and despite it, saying he was downloading 10.5.  iTunes installed 10.4 successfully, unfortunately I needed 10.5 to update my iPhone OS.

When I saw the 10.5 iTunes download (downloaded via iTunes), using 7 - zip, the message "broken file" appears next to each file in the screen of 7 - zip.  It seems that the problem was with a corrupted download.

Once I installed iTunes 10.5.1.42 from the CD, I went to update my iPhone OS via iTunes and my computer laptop 64 bit of Windows 7, but guess what... download corrupted file iPhone OS.  If the same friend upgraded my iPhone OS using their Apple laptop.  I then synch had the iPhone with my own laptop.

  • Why Windows Media Player 11 download once AGAIN every time I open it? I have Windows XP Home Edition.

Everytime I open WMP, it goes through the process of validation and downloads all new - even if I was just there recently. My music is still in tact, it's just a lot of time and a real pain. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

    Hi TMO_604,

All works o/k set apart from the scanner. It then says not downloaded the scanning software.

    Hello again,

I found a driver separated for the scanner for XP - 300 - perhaps your printer family (there is just no XP - 305 not listed on the Epson site). Go to the download site for the XP-300 printer, let it detect your OS and bypass the driver combo. Open the tab drivers (click on it) and the latest driver listed for the scanner and the utility scan.

  • Why cannot open itunes with windows 10

Why cannot open iTunes with windows 10

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. (Yes, I see that you've done that but maybe not the specific deletions which are mentioned).

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.
