  IMO no matter what AT & T told you, it seems that the fault is theirs. You can just try it with a different sim card and you will have the answer. Also, try to connect your phone to iTunes and "check for updates". This function also checks the parameters of your career, so if there is an update, you will get it.

  You say that you rolled your iPhone power nothing works. Did you do a reset? Hold the sleep and wake buttons at the same time... continue pressing the two buttons until the Apple logo appears. This usually fixes most of my problems.

  Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  Probably a temporary problem with Apple's music servers. You can try the force the application to quit music on your iPhone (double clicking the HOME button and sliding upward on music app), then by restarting it and see if that clears up the issue.

  Are you sure that the members (I assume you're talking about the free trial to a paid subscription) crossed and that it is enabled?

  You do not have something wrong. This is the expected behavior. Now Clip you cannot change the speed of slow-mo clips.
