  First, you configure the new instance and check if it works well. Then apply patches, following the patch readme. Patches usually does not require a full configuration.

  ASUS UX31E (portable) Zenbook running with an adapter Atheros WiFi Win 7/64-bit.  Netgear WNDR3700v2 router.  I'm the sysop House.

  Starting earlier this year, at the start, my home wireless SSID is 'seen' in the system as 'available' tray, but not connected.

  I try to connect, and it asks for the password (WPA2).  I enter the password, and it says that the connection could not be established.

  (I have three other machines of 7/64-bit Windows and Vista computers that connect wireless fine home).

  At this stage the SSID is no longer 'seen' in the system tray.  No wireless network is available, even if I'm 3 feet from the router.  (- I live in the country).

  Here's what I tried, which none have worked:

  > Of course the WiFi card was activated.

  > Of course the adapter reported it was working properly, looked IPconfig & also checked for red flags in Device Manager.

  Yes its possible that change the SSID will not work. WNDR 3700v2 offers however WEP? This is false.

  Go to wifi settings.

  This router has some firmware issues.

  So, try reloading the firmware.

  And then try without any security in your router.

  If his works then fine.

  If not then try to give address static IP on WLAN & try to connect.

  Best way to understand what question is to try with another card WIFI NIC (USB).

Adapter BT-USB-M2 of www.Dynamode.com but the adapter works, I downloaded a third party software and still have problems, I think that windows add and install the adapter and see my headset via the adapter alone without software if I could only enter Bluetooth settings... that seems to be missing my version of windows?

  I suggest you to install the related software/driver in compatibility mode and check if the problem persists. You can check the following steps for assistance.

  The cursor does not work in all applications.  I was allowed in word documents.  When I click on the connection box, I don't get the drop down with choices; the choice will Flash and then disappear.  A spreadsheet in Google docs, does not work with the cursor.  the window opens to the right and if I drag the slide to the left, it slides back just before I can select one cell.

Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

• Port port TCP 690 forwarding worked until all of A sudden, it works...

  I need port before I developed 690 for application server and it worked for a while until none where it has stopped working. The funny things is that I had port port 80 and 21 passed and they still work very well. So I do not know why. I tried other ports as 8080 to see if 690 could not forwarded port but 8080 does not either port forwarding. I checked my external ip address and it corresponds to whatismyip.com and the router status page. I use a private static ip but a dynamic external ip address.

  P.S. I used http://www.canyouseeme.org/ to check if port forwarding was done correctly. Someone needs more information if I tried.

  Printer only prints 1/2 page.  At fine print and then collapsed. I also have a wireless.both 6500 must be connected with USB.  I scan a lot with my business.  I am told that it will be late January 2010, before either are ready for windos 7.  Now even the 7500 will not print correctly.  I had 2 technicians outside my home and wireless drivers are not ready for 7 and they told me 7 was not ready for the printers or wireless drivers.  This is ridiculous.  We've been through this with vista...  Anyone found a solution for the HP 7500 or the HP 6500 in the measurement of work with windows 7 64 bit?
