  When the monitor of my son got ruined, he pulled the laptop in two pieces.  As far as I know, the 'courage' of the computer is still intact, although some parts of plastic are coming up on the sides.  How can I buy just outside?  I have a friend who will disassemble and reassemble, but I need the part.  I could not find in the hp parts department.

  In addition, what is the name of this game?  I thought it was a case or a cover, but the merchandise that I find these names is not what I need.  (I can always find what I need for my offices, but these things are scary for me).

  Hi, my hard drive failed. So, I went out, bought a new hard drive and tried to reinstall windows 7 64 bit Edition home premium. When the windows disk is about to end, it gives me this message.

  "Windows is unable to complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, run the Setup again. »

  I tried to reinstall windows, but this problem continues to arise.

  I did some research and found a forum that said, 'Intel (r) Express Chipset SATA RAID controller Moblie' must be installed by using the windows disc, the option "Load dirves. But it still doesn't work.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  There are two posts on the first page of this thread to Microsoft forums which I think can help you.

  "Windows is unable to complete the installation. "To install Windows on theis compuiter, run the Setup again."

  We're in MarkBeacom, the other is by Para Normal. Both suggestions worked for others. You would have to see if one is able to help.

  I managed to install Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) on my HP Pavilion dv6985se Entertainment Notebook PC - my first QUESTION is whether HP should be supported on this platform?  Second question is if there is a job well HP Quick Launch buttons softpaq for this model?  I installed /uninstalled/ reinstalled 2 different (Vista) softpaqs and the volume control slider works, but there is no noise emitted click or on indication screen button works.  Any idea which softpak will work properly?

  Only, I rebooted the laptop with Win7 Pro. The HP site for the model displays options for Vista only.

  Everything worked OK except two yellow '! ' in Device Manager.

  They are under the tab "other devices."

  I own a hp Pavilion DV6 of Entertaiment, serial number; (Deleted content), product number; A7Q11EA, originally installed Windows 7 Home Premium, I decided to upgade Windows 10, strongly recommended by windows, but after a while the machine stopped working proply, sending a lot of warnings. I decided to go back to the original software installed but the phone asked a cd for a correct installation, of course, not having, that I found a copy of win7 Premium in which I installed in the hope of reaching to. I then reseached the net and discovered that a lot of windows, consumers have the same problem, at this point I don't know what to do could you please give me some advice on dealing with this problem? could hp provide me a copy of windows 7? If it would be useful if I could send the number of key windows installed originally on pc...

  I understand that after upgrade to Windows 10 of Windows 7 that you had problems with the laptop.  You tried to return to your original operating system, but was invited to the disc that you did not.  Then, you used a Windows 7 disc to reinstall the operating system.

  If you do not format the drive and remove the recovery partition, you can use it to perform a recovery to factory.  If you format the disk and the partition has been deleted and you need to contact HP support to acquire a laptop HP recovery kit.

  You'll love this.

  Get a bright light and shine on the left side of the laptop.

  Now, get a magnifying glass and look carefully next to the USB ports.

  3.0 ports are marked with the logo 'SuperSpeed '. "SS".

  Similar to this, but very, very small!

  

  To get the maximum speed, use only with devices usb 3.0 - external hard drives, USB sticks, etc done to run with this technology.

  There is no harm in using the USB3 ports with usb devices 2.  In most cases, USB 2 devices work as expected when connected to a USB 3 port.  There are rare cases where the USB 2 device may not work when it is attached to a port USB 3.  Before you accuse the laptop / desktop or even the port and if your laptop don't not have a USB 2 port, then consider to plug a USB 3 hub that supports one or more USB 2 ports and try that.  A few specialized 2 USB devices require USB 2 connection - deal with it.

  USB 3 external drives: offset connection, more or less depending on your hub, your hardware and your player can add up to an unacceptable delay when you use a USB 3 hub in conjunction with port USB 3.  Huh?  Unless absolutely necessary, do not use a USB hub 3 with an external drive USB 3 - connect the USB 3 drive directly to your 3 USB port on the computer.

  Other usb devices 3 work well on the SIIG 7port USB 3.0 / 2.0 Hub - this is a very nice quality, IMO and is supported by its own power supply.  Nice.

• Pavilion dv6-2010sa Notebook: RAM upgrade

  My HP Pavilion dv6 is really slow (especially when you use the internet with more than a couple of tabs open. I did a full audit of viruses, spyware, etc. - all clean. However, when I checked the system I have only 3 GB of RAM (2.75 usable).

  Increase the RAM would make a significant difference and if so what is the maximum I should buy (which would be effective)? It would also be very helpful if you can give advice if I should run extra RAM with what I already have or if I have to replace it. Finally, if you could tell me the name of the RAM should I buy and where can I buy it.

  It will run up to 8 GB of RAM. This is the laptop DDR2-800 memory. This video shows the replacement of hard disk and memory so just pay attention to memory:

  DDR2 is very expensive. Here's the manual for your dv6:

  As you can see, 8 GB is well over $200. Personally, because I'm cheap, I would buy a single module of 2 gig and increase the total RAM of 4 GB or, to be sure it works with maximum efficiency, buy a 4 GB kit if you have 2 identical bars. A 4 GB kit is 'only' $ 56, and it is a reasonable investment. 4 concerts will be significantly better than 3. You might also think of a reinstallation of the operating system. Computers a naturally slow down with age that the registry fills up with junk. There are a few settings, you can clean up the start menu and other things less an OS reinstall.
