Win7 firewall blocks Microsoft updates and downloads, how can I stop it this?
I have a new PC with Win7. I can't get updates by disabling the firewall. Also if I want to download whatever it is from microsoft, for example the Word, IE9 compatibility program is to expire and I get an error of diagnosis of the page type, but if the firewall is disabled, it goes through immediately.
I can't find anywhere in the firewall settings to specify whether a web address secure. I don't know what port open or what IP addresses to.
It seems strange to create a firewall that cannot be configured to be more user-friendly. The rest of the world treats www... types of address not IPs.
It seems strange that it will stop the site that created the program
I modified the security settings for IE without success, disabling the firewall is the only way.
In all cases any suggestions?
Hey Baycoast,.

Help
Hi martyn2lewis,
You should look at this article on this specific issue and Preferences not savedarticle. It should give you all the information you need!
If this does not work:
- Enter about: config in the address bar
- Click I'll be careful, I promise you if prompted
- In the filter field, type Startup
- Double click on startup.homepage_override_url
- Delete the text string, and then click OK
- Close Firefox and reopen the window to check that it worked.
Hope this helps!

Is it possible to change this behvior?
Hi Schriftenhaus,
In CS6, the path is deselected, but still actively targeted. Vector was significantly redesigned after that, and it seems that the default is now to leave entirely selected. I personally prefer, but I understand wanting to option. I don't know any preference to change the behavior, though. Press A (for the selection/direct selection tool) immediately after the drawing by clicking away from it désélectionnera it.
The link below is to the feedback of an Adobe forum. You might put a request for more options tools, explaining how have completely selected path after you have closed the way disrupts your workflow.

The favicon is the image/icon placed in front of the URL in the address bar. Cookies are required to be logged in to Gmail (or any webmail). In any case, you can set permissions on Gmail (click on the favorite icon > more info > permissions) as the setting of cookies. In any case, you can try to delete all cookies in Firefox. And remember Gmail is part of Google services, perhaps, be connected to Youtube or Google Docs allows you to stay connected to Gmail.

Check inside the Guest if the powerplan for Windows 7 is to set the system standby after a certain time.
Open Control Panel > hardware > Power Options > change when the computer sleeps
On this page the value "Put the computer to sleep" to "never".

The update a few months ago... Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 (KB2804577), continues to appear in my list of installed updates. But according to updates from Microsoft, it is downloaded and ready to be installed. He also appeared in my sandbox with automatic updates as ready to be installed. He also continues to appear when I shut down my computer. Any number of times when I tried to leave my computer to install this update when I close down, by means of Microsoft Updates and automatic update. It will simply not go away! Since it puts in my list of programs updated, is it updated? If so, why he continues to show needing to be installed? I run Windows XP. IE8.
Sorry, it took so long to answer. To answer your questions, no he didn't is not updated and that's why he continues to show. This is a common problem with updates of the .NET Framework.
Follow these steps:
Download it manually here. Click on download and choose NDP20SP2-KB2804577 - x 86 .exe. Install it and then visit Windows Update and check if it shows as a high priority. If it isn't there, you should no longer be disturbed by it.
If it's still there, follow these steps:
Uninstall .NET Framework 2.0 from Add / Remove programs.
Then download the .NET Framework cleanup tool , unzip it, run it, and in the drop-down list box, select 2.0 and clean.
Reinstall .NET Framework 2.0
Visit Windows Update or Microsoft Update and let it install the rest of the 2.0 updates, including KB2804577.Check if they install and report.

How can I remove a bad XP (kb971029) update and download it again? Thanks for your answer with impatience.
Degause
When you have downloaded the update, asked you "where to save" on your system.
so you can either do a search for windows to update 'or '.
try to re - download the update as before and see what folder you can chose to save it. interrupt the current download, and then open the Explorer to track down the location where the previous download.
