  (a) have you activated the built-in Administrator account and try the following steps below? If so, then skip the procedure either follow the steps and check if that helps.

  (b) what happens when you re comand - install fonts?

  (c) you get an error message?

  I recommend log you in as administrator and try to run your tasks. If there is no admin account, then enable the built in admin account, create a new admin account and perform the tasks.
  You must disable all security software on your computer, and then start your computer with the default Administrator account / integrated and control the issuance.
  To start the computer with the default Administrator account, follow the steps provided below.
   
  1. open the MMC, and then select local users and groups. Click Start, type mmc and press ENTER to open the MMC.

  I have been using Windows 7 during about 3 months without problem. Yesterday, it started to give me the message: "username or password are incorrect."   If this isn't a typo problem, then this is a keyboard problem. I recommend that do you this to make a simple password like 123456, then test for a while before you change it to something more complex.

  What is classified just Windows 10, is a multi ISO edition that can install Home or Pro. I use the option create a media and make a bootable USB thumb. Then do a clean install.
