I should just close the wizard checks to see if that will work around this info and maybe allow the updates downloaded install OR am I following a false trail?

  I lost hours and hours for months trying to find a solution to this CHALLENGE without talking about money spent on assistance and programs that were supposed to address.

  You are running Windows 7 Home Premium or higher edition? Themes do not work in lower editions like Windows 7 Home Basic and Windows 7 Starter.

  But if you use Windows 7 Home Premium or higher and want to use Windows 8 theme, please change the file extension to zip to extract the images from the file and you need create your own theme among these images.
  .themepack is the only expansion supported by Windows 7. .deskthemepack is the extension that works only with Windows 8 (note that .themepack is also supported by Windows 8).

  Have you checked to make sure that the password you have corresponds to the database with the host server? Last night, I tried to communicate with the host to a client by using the password I had reset last year. Does not match. Only after I got the 'current' FTP password I was able to connect.
