Windows 7 activation failed because no system on the SSD before installation.
Hi, I just updated my computer and I have installed the version of win7 upgrade.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/Windows-7-activation-error-0xC004F061
However, the requirements for the media upgrade is that you have an operating system already eligible such as Windows XP or Vista installed to use it. Since the Windows 7 end user license agreement.
15 UPDATES. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. After the upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software that you upgraded. After upgrade, you can no longer use the software that you upgraded.
So, if you are always denied, you will just have to reinstall Windows XP or Vista and let it do the verification of eligibility.

My iPAD asks me to update to OS 9.3, but the update fails because it says that the iPAD is not connected to the internet and when I connect to my computer iTunes it say my OS is up to date. Help, please.
I'm surprised to hear that for an iPad 2 that the issue had apparently been set for 2 s. Please see this for more details as I know them. Maybe the servers at your site have not been updated yet for the new version of the iPad 2. ???
Apple released the update iOS 9.3 for older devices (air of iPad and previous iPhone, 5 s and previous) due to problems with Activation. See the following for details and possible solutions.

Windows XP activation fails, even if my copy is authentic.
A few years ago, I bought a pre built PC and specified Windows XP Pro to electrify with her. This machine died years ago and sat idle, however, I have now rebuilt a machine using parts of this machine plus another and reinstalled my copy of XP Pro. Although I don't have the original key sticker, I used keyfinder to get an account rendered my key and then disappeared on Windows activation, which failed to activate. Because it is an automated service, I have no way to talk to Microsoft and this machine does not connect to the internet, its used just as a word processor now. My copy of XP Pro has been recativated a couple of times over the years when wiping once and replacing a faulty hard drive, but it is a genuine version, purchased by me, used on a single computer. EC who on earth can I now please?

Windows 7 activation failed - 0xC004C008 error code
Hello
Back in 2011, I bought a new copy of Windows 7 Home Premium to upgrade my desktop computer.
I had to replace the hard drive at the time, so it was a fresh install of Windows 7 on the machine (not an upgrade in itself)
A couple of weeks, I had a new new office and think that because I already had a version authentic Windows 7 the disk, I might as well get a new machine without operating system and install Windows 7 top.
It has been working well for about a week, but this morning I got a message saying that my version of Windows could not be validated. It's the complete error which is to come:
Code: 0xC004C008
Desription: The activation server determined that the specified product key cannot be used.
Most of the support that I've read online indicates that Windows has been activated too many times, but I don't see how this is the case. To be clear, this is only the second time that the product key that came with my version of Windows 7 Home Premium has been used.
I have to get Microsoft to put something else?
Who should I contact?
EDIT: I've seen instructions suggesting I need to activate by phone to make it work. However, I don't seem to have an option to activate by phone. All the instructions I have seen suggest right click on computer > select Properties > activate Windows now and choose to activate by phone. However, I have no option when I try these steps. The only options I have are activate Windows online now or ask again Me later. So I can't find the phone number of an Activation Center to the United Kingdom.
EDIT 2: I'm sorry. Taken the lead. Figured it out myself! Thank you all the same.
Thank you very much
Neil.
If you buy a "full version" of Windows 7, or even an "Upgraded" version, you are limited to having it installed and activated on one PC at a time.

I'm trying to upgrade to Win 7 ultimate SP 1 x 64 to Win 8 pro.
"Getting Ready" reached 100%, reboot the laptop and then during windows start screen BSOD appears saying "System Thread Exception not Handelled.
Happened 2 times, the upgrade of the restorations for Win 7
BlueScreenView said "caused by the pilot - . Ntoskrnl.exe "" "
My dump files:
Yes, I realized that after I posted the question. The BSOD declares a different file name (aswndisflt.sys) which is connected to avast. Already deleted and the upgrade is now beyond the point where it crashed earlier.

Windows 7 Setup fails because of pilot missing (HP Pav 500 - 417ng with Win 8.1)
Hello
I added an SSD for my hp pavilion 500-417NG and want to install Windows 7 64 Bit including SP1 for the SSD.
I use a USB key to start the installation of Win 7 program.
The installation program starts as usual, lets me select language, keyboard, etc. and start installing.
It generates an error, indicating a pilot is missing and only provides options for search or try again.
I have downloaded all the drivers HP Win 7 and made available in a folder that is accessible during the installation, but the pilot will not be found.
So I need to cancel the installation.
Any ideas?

Windows 10 update fails again and again with the error Code C1900101
I tried for months to upgrade to Windows 10 and it fails every time. It downloads the whole thing and then after reboot, and it's 40% full, it stops and says it fails and then it restarts again and he returned to Windows 7.
My computer is a gateway DX4831 Office 64 - bit OS with Windows 7 Home Premium. I have read several of the discussions on this subject and tried "fixit" and a "clean boot" and continues to be the same thing.
I would be very happy for someone who can help a week away from being the deadline for upgrade.
Thank you!

Update for Windows 8 (KB2822241) fails to install and has the error Code 800703F1
Greetings. My system Windows 8 found a major update, but it cannot install it. The update is called "Update for Windows 8 (KB2822241)." I try to install it and it installs and I see a screen that says:
________________________________
Some updates have not been installed.Failed: 1 update
Examine the important updatesError (s) found:
Code 800703F1 Windows Update has encountered a problem. Get help with this error
________________________________From there, I have the option to 'Try again', but when I try I always get the same result (error 800703F1). I already tried the Windows Update troubleshooting tool and whenever I run that he finds two problems and offers correct: "Repair Windows Update Database Corruption" and "repair the Windows Update components. I had it apply these patches every time, but the problem persists.
I read about this setting by using the function "sfc/scannow", but oddly, when I try even in an elevated command prompt he also fails. It scans absolutely nothing and says: "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
The 'Windows Modules Installer"service is set to"Manual"and runs, as I read it is necessary. What is really weird, is that in my list of installed updates, KB2822241 stands as one of the updates already installed with the name of "update for Microsoft Windows" (instead of "update for Windows 8"as one continues to try to install my PC), and when I run the independent for this update installer (I downloaded from the web site of Microsoft to try it) the installation program indicates the update is already installed, and it closes. This gave me the idea that maybe my PC is confusing one update for the other. After all, why he would find KB2822241 as an important update that it needs if it is already installed?
I know that I can normally solve the problem of update and the question of the SFC by resetting or refresh my PC via built-in tools of Windows 8, but I don't want to go through that, unless it's the only solution. System Restore didn't help, but it is an opportunity to reinstall some other updates.
As it is, then, the problems persist: "Update for Windows 8 (KB2822241)" settles "sfc/scannow" cannot perform the operation and not I ask.
For the record, my machine is a 900 Asus EeePC ha with an Intel Atom N270 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, and it is running 32-bit Windows 8.
I'd appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you in advance.

How to move the original system to the SSD newly installed without an optical drive?
I want to buy a W530 and spare SSD upgrade.
I want to order one without a DVD player.
How to move the system of origin, drivers and other software for the SSD newly installed without an optical drive?
Hope someone could help me. Thank you.
The two utilities that I mentioned manage alignment automatically. Also, I photographed my hard drive, then restored the SSD. I have no clone, which means a direct copy of the HDD to the SSD.
I just went through this myself in July, using Acronis True Image 2012 to get my existing on my 256 GB SSD mSATA HARD disk image. It worked like a charm. I checked that the SSD has been properly aligned.

Hello
Here's how to reinstall Vista as you no longer have a recovery partition.
This can help you (download files and make your own DVDs):

And here are instructions on how to burn ISO disk images:
http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/isorecorder.html
The download links and information on how to make the ISO file, and then create the Setup DVD above are at this link:

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do it for a small fee

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:
"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html
And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.
And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.
