Windows 7 and Officejet 7000

I just bought a new HP with Windows 7 computer.  Then bought a HP Officejet 7000 printer.

As I work to load the printing software, I get the error messages "the system cannot be installed using run as ' and 'operating system is not supported operating systems.  Please recommend as a solution.  Note - I'm a novice / non-technical person.  Thank you.  :

Hello

Have you tried the drivers and the software found here? Download the drivers and software for your version of Windows 7. the 32-bit drivers only work with Windows 7 32 bit and it goes same for 64-bit versions.

Make a right-click on the icon my computer and select Properties. You will then see which version of the operating system is installed as your operating system.

Kind regards

    I use a Toshiba Qosmio 50.

Windows 7 cannot install the appropriate driver.
Scan and copy functions are available, but not the print function.
I tried all the solutions on HP and Microsoft sites, but they do not work.
The printer works fine on my Toshiba Satellite pro with Windows XP.

Someone has experienced the same problem?
    Thank you

    Hello Andrew

Just a question: do you really think that it is somehow related to your Qosmio laptop?
I want to say if your printer has problem with Windows 7 Toshiba has nothing to do with it and you need to clarify this with the manufacturer of the printer. Call the HP hotline and ask for help.

They are responsible for the support and offer appropriate and functional drivers for all operating systems.
Please don't get me wrong, but Toshiba has nothing to do with it.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8625: Windows 10 and OfficeJet Pro 8625

I've updated Windows 8.1 and now when I try to scan and send the results directly to the computer on a wired network connection, I get an error message stating "The HP Officejet Pro 8620 is not found".

    The printer works fine.

I reinstalled the drivers (which makes disturbing do not mention Windows 10) and the problem still exists.

    Can anyone help?

    @kamagee

It's disturbing, especially because it is in direct contradiction with the documentation that you should be OK.

You could try a number of things, simply because the reinstallation of the drivers may not "had" correctly.

If you don't have already done, download a copy of the software full functionality of the Web site of the printer Support page:

E-all-in-one printer, HP Officejet Pro 8625 range

    • You could try to remove the printing of programs and features software
    • Shut down the computer...
    • Everything, including the router restarts.
    • Install a new copy of the software full functionality.

    Help, Instructions, tips:

Install the full features software - printer

  • HP Officejet 7000 - biased and slanted printing

HP Officejet 7000 wide format printer (A3 and A4)

Operating system: Windows 7 (32 bit)

We use this printer for 6 months without any problems for our SMEs.

Recently we have had problems with the print quality.

A3 prints are spread between 2.5 to 3 inches.

I have changed all the print cartridges, run the HP software to re - align the cartridges and clean the printheads several times.

The paper adjustment arm is ok and his training online right.

I checked the rear access panel and it is fixed properly.

We use only one type of paper - a lightweight conqueror.

We print mainly table A3 with her plans.

Mainly use us MS publisher, Illustrator, but also print PDFS as well.

We do the photos printed with this printer - text for graphic images.

The printer has no intensive use - we have another HP laserjet for the majority of the other the methoeds.

I think that the printer has a harware issue.

  • Brand new OfficeJet 7000 drivers will not install for the brand new Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit PC

    Hello

I downloaded the versions Basic, both full of drivers for printer OfficeJet 7000.  Move cleanly - error code 2203.  When talking about this issue with the Support technical they tried several different things, but nothing has worked.  I have a service ticket number - 80356333671

After turning off the phone (more than 90 minutes) - I searched on google and all the hits that were displayed were the same steps I saw technician employment, made you ask - is google, the new standard Tech support?

Currently, I own a nice weight and pretty paper.  Anyone can help - I'd appreciate it.

With the help of technical support, I ran the "Officejet software and driver Removal Utility" for my particular model (available on HP website - driver download page) and then ran the installation of the driver and it worked perfectly.  Why? I do not know.

  • HP Officejet 7000 Wide Format: HP 7000 809 does not print the data

I updated to the last version of drivers and full software (14.8.0 dated August 2014) and ran HP Scan Doctor which States product is installed correctly and all systems are ready to print, all tests are checked as well with the green arrows. I have the printer connected via USB - 6 ' cable 2 wired connection. The results after the execution of Test Pages from doctor Scan is the same no mateer I want. Test page initialled, the printer is atemtps insiders to print, momentarily stops and then sends an empty page, no data.

My computer is a Dell 8700, channel quad 3.4 gig ram 12 GB, Nvidia videocard W/2gig Ram, drive 'C' Solid State 240 G on which is installed an OS Pro 8.1 Windows with all latest updates. The Dell system has USB 2 and 3 ports and I made sure that this printer is connected to port USB - 2 ports (USB Ports are color coded).

I thought it was a driver problem, since I had been running the printer with Win 7 Pro last worm update o/s without any problem, but since the switch to the wire to 8.1 win that developed and that I just downloaded latest software and drivers for the moment, I'm stumped. SUGGESTIONS, thank you I use it with my CAD software for businesses.

Welcome to the HP community @Budjet1,

I noticed your post on the white pages of your Officejet 7000 Wide Format printer print test, even if the print and Scan Doctor shows everything to check very well with the printer. I wanted to respond to tell you about my suggestions. It may be a problem internal to the unit, or perhaps with the ink system and recommend to try the steps in the guide I posted below.

If the test still pages print as white pages, try to contact HP to discuss a replacement for the printer.

We have a problem get sustained response of our HP Officejet 7000 Wide Format Printer - E809a which is connected to the network wireless ethernet to a router Netgear cable.  We tried stripping on the software driver & uninstall of the printer of the registry, and then re-setup from latest downloads from the HP site.  It works, especially if the device is set as the default printer, but the printer greys out less than an hour in the device registry and the default value automatically resets to another printer.  Does anyone know why this printer loses his connection?

    Hi @Harry64,

I see by your post that continues to change the default printer. I'd love to help you.

Disable the SMTP setting in print, to see drivers if this will help.

Devices and printers, click with the right button on the printer and click on printer properties, click the Ports tab, select Configure the Port, clear the SMTP check box and the printer should display online.

  • Windows 10 for Officejet 4500 driver

    Hello

I've updated from windows 8.1 windows 10 and after my windows activation, even once, I did a clean install of my windows.

After a successful installation and activation of windows, tried to install the printer driver using the driver windows 8.1.

Installation began, but after the detection of the printer, it hangs at 'check' HP scan interface 2 to 92% and stays there... I tried your solution given in your website and forums as the restart and everything, but nothing works. I have my printer connected via an Ethernet cable with my router.

We need drivers for windows 10 for HP officejet 4500 G510 series printers. Impossible to find on the pilot and Web site download page.

I don't understand, how a Prime Minister like HP business fail to update their drivers with a new version of windows? It's just not cool.

    Thank you and best regards,

  • OfficeJet 7000 Wide Format pri: HP Officejet 7000 Wide format printer will not print black ink

I'm looking for a solution fix what is an occasional problem with our Officejet 7000 and arose once again today. The printer will print any black ink. I did the procedure to print alignment and cleaning print head as well.  I tried to clean the evacuation on the real printer cartridge area as recommended by some responses from support group.  When this has happened, I can fix it usually wiping the area where the ink comes out of the printer cartridge, but nothing works today.  The cartridge is 3/4 full.

Other than to throw this printer and all the ink cartridges, I bought already for later use, suggestions for what else someone could solve this problem?  There seems to be a lot of people who have posted similar problems in recent years.

    Hi @P-architect,.

    Thanks for the reply.

The only print head is CN643A, the 6500 and 7500 HP 564 cartridges as well usage. I searched the HP Print Store and found that you really want to be looking for a KIT of REPLACEMENT FIELD HP 564, and the part number is CE001A. The replacement of the field Kit contains a set of ink which are used to set up the print head. It's not like there are none currently in stock, but it is a clickable link to resellers who may have one available.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you.
