• Windows automatically lowers the volume of applications

  Long story short Windows lowers Winamp (my request of music) volume automatically to 20%, time at random whenever I have another application that is running full-screen. This happens in the windows volume mixer, sound Winamp remains at 100%.

  'Do nothing' is and has always been enabled in the communications tab in the sound properties, so it's not going to be that.

  This was also a constant problem throughout many computer I used - and not just this one.

  Whenever it lowers the same value, too.

  Opacity of the parent within the symbol (overlay01) is set to 0. Therefore, they are not visible.

  Opacity is changed in Manager when you click 1. So visible on the preview.

• tabular form - update the non-visible fields

  Hi gurus!
  I built a tabular form over a table composed of 6 fields and I use the MRU to allow the user to edit the record; Two field in that table are not visible and editable by the user; I want to use the two fields to track which change the record (both fields are Modify_USER, Modify_date).
  I want to insert in the two fields the values the user variable and the sysdate.
  Is it possible, is there a way to do this with MRU or do I have to manually write the PL/SQL for this?

  Instead of doing it this way, why not watch a trigger in the database, which will fill these columns when you perform an update on the table? The user will be & user_id. and the sysdate you already...

• Is there a way to disable the persistence of application frame?

  First of all, I love the beta release - the combination of the small interface, more instant layer improvements and typographic research make this obvious upgrade for me.

  But with the new awesomeness comes new issues: with CS5, if I single clicked on, say, my office so I had Photoshop (with no open files PSD), the entire application would be bit go further than I can get stuff without having to watch the big old empty shell of the app.

  This is not my experience with CS6. Maybe a beta version problem, or some prefs that I found not yet, or maybe the app is somehow interpret a pref "persist application framework" last I checked somewhere, but can't access (although I can never remember counted something like that). Whatever it is, it seems that I now need to each option-click on the desktop (which is painful, as I do on my other screen), or type the command "Hide Photoshop" to get the app out of my way, so I can do other things (I often switch between multiple applications). So my question: is there a way to make the framework of the non-persistent application?

  Otherwise, great app. I have not been this excited about a Photoshop upgrade over the years.

• Why isn't the taskbar Windows 10 stay on top when browsing with Firefox?

  For one reason or another, the Windows 10 taskbar is not displayed on the top of the Firefox browser windows/pages. He remains at the top in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Why won't it stay on top in Firefox? I need to be able to see the time and date while browsing. Is there a solution to this? Please inform me of how to remedy the situation as soon as POSSIBLE, or I have to use Google Chrome (but I won't!).

  If Firefox is in display full screen, that allows to block the taskbar. You can switch from full screen to normal display using either:

  • F11
  • Drag the pointer of the mouse to the top of the screen, right-click on an empty area of the bar tab, then exit fullscreen

  If this is not it, sometimes the file that stores the dimensions of the window becomes corrupt with nonsense values. Since the file is difficult to edit, you can rename and have Firefox back to windows default sizes.

  Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
  • (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

  In the first table of the page, click on the view file"" button. This should launch a new window that lists the various files and folders in Windows Explorer.

  Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output, either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
  • (menu bar) File > Exit
