Windows 7 audio and video stutter problem

Recently when I watch videos (be it youtube, shake, DVD or videos on my hard drive) apparently at random my audio and video will be stutter.

I tried to disable hardware acceleration, it did not help. I have the latest video and audio drivers (that I know) and it seems to happen more predictable when I run a software intensive treatment like utorrent, it is not get recorded by the recorder of camtasia studio or bandicam (first being a screenshot while the second is a game of capture) I tried to catch in the Act to make a short video to demonstrate the problem , but he has not registered. the video seems quite well with no stutter.
I have: Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit
graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (tested by alienware benchmarking to work perfectly)
Processor: Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @3. 60 GHz quad core
Under "sound video and game controllers" in Device Manager there: NVIDIA High Definition audio.
NVidia, Virtual Audio Device (extensible wave) (WDM)
Realtek High Definition Audio
All claiming to have the latest drivers when I have them check for them.
My version of windows is up to date and I am completely baffled because I did not install anything new in the last few weeks, but this problem started about 2 weeks ago.
What is my problem? Y at - he of the info, I did not think I should? If so let me know what and I will update this
Update 1: this issue is still not resolved, despite the installation of codecs and update of the adobe flash player, I always get the question every time I launch a program or open a new tab in google chrome

I had the same problem. I have exeprienced a random 1-2 dry freeze when I played games online (for example, League of Legends, Maple Story, etc.) or on my gaming laptop youtube videos. After countless trials and errors, the problem solved when I disabled the "NVIDIA device Audio (Extensible Wave) (WDM)"audio driver in Device Manager. The man was this frustrating...

Kind regards

  • Windows XP - installation of Realplayer changed audio and video icons

Running XP Home on my laptop.  I installed Realplayer and all of a sudden all the audio and video elements icons have changed.

I went into preferences/Options in Realplayer and Windows Media Player to select the default reader for WMP files, and while files now open with WMP, the icons are still those changed.

Okay, I went back and did another system restore to an earlier date, and everything was going well for a few boots.  Then she went and made a few updates, and the problem came back.

The problem seems to grow after an attempt to install the following updates through Windows Update (and fails after every restart):

1 - other hardware - Microsoft HID Non-User Input data filter (KB 911895)
    2. definition update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (definition 1.69.301.0)

    Other things, that he did...

    3. I have a Microsoft Lifecam VX-5000, and installed the software for it because I changed the USB port
    4. I had several errors with my Microsoft Wireless Multimedia Keyboard 1.1 and mouse.  I had to disable these updates last week, because they never properly install and keep trying to reinstall on each reboot:

    5. Microsoft - Input - Microsoft USB double receiver wireless keyboard IntelliType Pro)
    6. Microsoft - Input - Microsoft wireless receiver double USB mouse (IntelliPoint)

Cripes, I bought Microsoft Products assuming that they would work well with Windows, and BOY was I wrong!  I got that grief of this keyboard, here and on XP prior agreement.

    Hello Keith,

You can find a list of formats of audio and video files, the stream formats and codecs or the components supported in the Windows Store and RT Windows applications in this published Building Windows 8 Blog on MSDN.  The formats are summarized in a table in the middle of the article.  Please note that the table called some codecs that are supported in Windows Media Center 8 Pack or Windows 8 Pro Pack, but are NOT supported in Windows RT.

  • Unlink the Audio and video in gray in the first 13 items (Windows 8.1) [new user]

I posted (or at least I thought the post worked) this Mar.27th question, but I can not find it or that the answers I have gotten so if anyone knows his comings and goings, I would appreciate you tell me how to see while I have 2 threads running for the same question. My question is: why is the ability to separate audio and video tracks greyed when I am trying to replace the part of an audio clip (without ruining the synchronization between audio and video existing). I work with a saved file "projectX.prel". I noticed when I opened a new project that the option to break the LINK is active. This seems contrary logic is to say action to break the link would be more likely to be needed when you are working on an existing file as opposed to when you are working on a new file? How can we separate the 2 components (audio & video) so I can just edit the audio clip without the work of procedure to break the LINK? Would appreciate any help anyone can offer with the foregoing. Thank you.

First broadcast 13 elements 8.1 on windows 64-bit. Have you updated to the 13 to 13.1 yet? If this isn't the case, please do so using Help Menu/updates to date of an open project.

    But for the immediate question...

I don't see any sign of a previous post you so I'm not sure what happened to your prior shipment.

When you import a file that contains the video and audio, they come into Premiere Elements project related - party video presenting the

Video of track 1 and the audio portion on the Audio 1 track.

If you want to unlink the audio of the video

    a. Select/highlight the chronology of the record and go to video Menu/unlink Audio and video and click it. It does not work.

    or

    b. right click on the file of chronology, and in the drop-down menu, find and click on remove the Audio and video link.

    or

    c. hold down the ALT of the main keyboard to the computer and click drag the audio from the video.

Please consult the bulletin and review, and then let us know the result.

If any questions or need any clarification, do not hesitate to ask.

    Thank you.

After the installation of Premiere Pro CC 2015 I am unable to actually play my video in the timeline.

I must point out that the same video and audio files accurate work perfectly in my previous version of CC 2014.

Usually when I hit the play button nothing will happen and then after a time it will stutter back and fourth between a small loop (no audio present) and give an error that says "clock Audio and video out-of-sync (instead of time) in"Adobe Player.

    Hi Brent,

You can try to uninstall last updates window who installed or do a system restore to a point before the updates have been installed and then install updates one by one to see which update is causing the problem.

    Method 1:

You can read the following article to remove an update.

    Remove an update

    Method 2:

If you cannot uninstall the updates, then you can try to perform a restore of the system to a prior restore point you have been affected by the issue.

Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

To run the system restore, you can consult the following link:
