Windows 7 boot image

Anyone know where I can find/download the windows 7 boot image?
I was told that I could get it.

My HARD drive died, and I need a new drive.

Thank you

I managed to find a picture ISO of W7 on the Microsoft site and managed to restart the system with a new drive.

It's here: answers.microsoft.com/.../7d964b05-2be9-4800-bc7f-3ca30356fc3d

You also need imgburn or similar to create startup file ISO files and burn them to a DVD.

  • The windows XP boot image

Hi, I just got a computer from a vendor who shows a picture to start windows using the "Microsoft office picture manager. The problem is that the operating system stops until I close the 'Microsoft office picture manager' loading. It is annoying to be able to close this image every time I start the computer.

    Question:

How can I get rid of this image to load at startup of windows?

    Kind regards

    kikeman

That will probably be controlled by one of the services or startup programs.  You can selectively disable the, or all of them at a time to see if that gets rid of them.  Also try to boot into safe mode and see if it still shows this image.  You can also search for viruses and malware.

The image I want to talk to is loaded before showing the desktop and windows to stop loading (desktop computer will not appear) until I close the image (shown in 'Microsoft office picture manager')

  • Windows boot image not deleted.

    Hello people,

I recently had a problem (associated virus) with 10 installed windows on my MBP 2015 to lead back me to zero and I did because I had the same problem with a windows pc and it was perfect. Once the reset is complete, I noticed that the boot camp software was deleted! and here the problems started. I searched the web to find out how to get it back, but I was disappointed. I went back to OS X to delete the windows using boot camp, but he did not have any installed windows!. So I decided to format the partition and resized only Macintosh HD space. Then I rebooted the system pop up with error windows! I did it again with holding "alt" key and it turns out that it has not been deleted. How to get rid of him?

Here is the output of the Terminal.

You do not have the Windows partition, but your EFI (disk0s1) partition has vestiges of Microsoft Bootmanager.  You can use Re: cannot resize the Macintosh HD partition as a reference, mount your EFI partition and check if you have a directory of Microsoft in your EFI partition?

  • Deployment PXE OptiPlex 5040 problem | WINPE5.0 Boot Image SCCM 2012

Not able to get the PXE working on 5040. It will download the SCCM DP boot image. Once it downloads, it does not start.

Network driver is already part of the Boot Image.

I know it's been a while since this was posted, but I was having the same problem as OP and had the driver of WinPE 10 pack already loaded in SCCM.

Our 5040 are small FF and Intel I219 - V NIC.  I tried to PXE boot so I could install an image of company (Windows 7) on the workstation, but every time load WinPE it could restart because that were not install NIC drivers.  I checked the CARD driver has been added to the image start several times, triple checked it was the same driver on the Dell support site, tried a little more recent driver from the Intel site, even started in the OEM of Windows version and check the drivers - all were the same.  I even went as far as putting the drivers on a USB stick and load via the command prompt, but it just would not work.  On a whim, I loaded the drivers Windows 10 NIC in WinPE via USB and command prompt and that worked.  I guess it's because I'm using WinPE 10 but I've never had to do before.  The driver that I loaded was E1D65x64.inf - we use x 64, if you use x 32 I believe that the pilot will be E1D65x32.inf.

I just did inject the new driver in to our boot image and I'll test after the local RFP PXE is updated.

  • Windows 10 boots and stuck on the black screen with high CPU

    Hello

    I have a MBP 15 "mid 2015 16G with AMD R9 M370X i7.

I've been running bootcamp with Windows 10 installation for about a month now without any problems.  However, yesterday 10 Windows started and has been blocked in a black screen (before any screen logo or connection win) with the CPU works hard and hot.

    1. I tried to restart some time hold button / stop and start with the option key, key and then selecting the windows bootcamp partition but it drove the same black screen with CPU hot work in the background.

    2. I can always start OSX fine during this period.

    3. I tried to leave in the black screen for a good 10 minutes, but it does not change and the MBP gets really hot.

    4. I tried clearing NVRAM with Boot option + command + P + R

5 I can't in Windows 10 safe mode using F8 or FN + F8 after you select windows to boot manager (starting with the down option).  Am I missing something here?

I don't have a copy of Installer windows 10 with me right now unless someone can tell me how to create one under OSX.

I searched on the internet forum and apple, but have not found a solution that works for me.  Many speak of win10 black screen with cursor showing, but my question is just a black screen with no cursor.

Someone at - it other ideas besides reinstall Windows 10?

You have a black screen with or without power adapter, both? If 10 Windows does not start correctly three times, it should bring up the recovery console. Windows automatic updates are enabled? You have created/activated Windows system restore points?

  • El Capitan and Windows 10 Boot Camp Assistant

Hi, this is my first post so apologies if I've left out anything important. Let me know and I'll add the necessary details.

Fast, I have been using Windows for years and I wanted to get into Apple and finally last month made the leap. I have a brand new MacBook Pro with 16 GB of RAM El Capitan - 10.11.4 running. However, I am having a lot of problems with the creation and installation of 10 Windows using Boot Camp.

I had this work with Windows 10 times but made some fundamental mistakes. I resized the partition windows using a windows product so that I could add another partition. This seemed to work and I used it for a short time BUT when I tried to boot into El Capitan would not and that it would only boot Windows. After reading on what I see now that resize the windows from windows under Boot Camp partition is a no-no. lesson learned!

To actually do things once again, I removed the windows partitions using disk utility. (Again I see now that it is an another no-no that I'd
used Boot Camp Assistant to remove Windows!) Eventually however, I managed to get to El Capitan, working on the single partition, it is now again works fine and as far as I can tell without any problem.

After having to go that if I went back to load 10 Windows using Boot Camp. All works until the final start in the section windows it:

    • Creates the separate windows partition
    • Load the ISO file
    • The Windows Support Tools downloads
    • Runs the ISO file and everything looks good... see below: (apologies for the poor quality of the screenshots)

Then, during 'Finish Up', I get an error window:

"Windows has no prepare the computer to start the next phase of the installation." To install Windows restart installation. »

I tried many things such as to download the Windows ISO file again, running SNC and LANDAU after removing the Windows partition using Boot Camp Assistant and ensure that all other connections to the MBP is deleted except WiFi and get always the same message. As the whole process takes a few hours and tried to work through this for some days now, I would really appreciate some advice/help here for this issue very frustrating sorted.

    Thanks in advance

    Ian

OSX backup via TM boot in the recovery of the Internet, erase your entire internal drive, restore the TM backup, run SMC/NVRAM reset and try to re - install W10.

Your problem with remainders of W10 floating outside the Bootcamp partition, which cannot be properly cleaned when THE is used to delete a partition.
