Windows 7 do not remember the program updates after roll back to windows 10

Hi, my computer auto installed Windows 10 earlier, where I lived with for a while, but it caused problems running so I uninstalled and returned to my previous installation of Windows 7.

Since then, I get several updates for very programs that I install, and then when I restart, the computer tells me that the same updates are available again for the same programs.

For example, Itunes tells me an update is available, I'll install it with no message error, but when I reboot, it just telling me that the same version of update is available.

Same thing happens with the Java updates, updates Flash, and if I check a box to ignore updates, he said always updates are available after the next reboot.

It seems that updates are not entered in the Windows registry, or something.

Anyone any idea what I'm talking about, or know how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance

If you did restore it is as buggy as the application upgrade of Windows 10 and causes many problems.  You must always save a backup image of your installs stable at all times, as well as backup files from a hard drive can die at any moment.

I ran the scans of the infection, auditor of the filesystem and if necessary a repair installation of these Troubleshooting for Windows 7 steps to fully rehabilitate your installation.

From elsewhere if you had upgraded on this PC, and he never activated, then you have right-free life (method without key) Windows Install-Clean 10

When you want it.  The link provides a facility which has zero complaints by tens of thousands of users, while we still have a complaint about the upgrade on up all a few minutes here for a year.  But most of tech lovers would never go an upgrade on the spot (or installed at the factory - is - this two?).

Let us know how it goes.

  • Did not receive the last updates of Windows XP.

    Original title: update XP final

I have not received the final updates for XP today. I tried to install them manually but can't because support for XP is completed. Is there a way I can get them?

Yes, as of April 8, 2014, these are the latest updates for Windows XP, but since Microsoft has confirmed publicly that they will continue to develop and test the Windows XP security updates - since they are obliged under contract to the many millions of PCs under enterprise agreements including groups like the Government of Britain and the Netherlands.

So, finally Microsoft kind of will have to offer updates for Windows XP for at least another year.

They also distribute updates for Windows XP Embedded (plus all ATMs in the world), it is another way of development for those same updates :)

Just one question... when done scanning and recording of the scans...
you select the options to reduce the file size by compressing

If you have only a few of these scans... you could open their

If you have Windows 7 64 bit without BACK program can run because there is no 16-bit subsystem to run it.

Try dosbox http://www.dosbox.com/. If that won't work your program, you'll need either a new database or run the BACK or on a 32-bit version of Windows in a virtual machine like VirtualBox https://www.virtualbox.org/.

  • Do not install the KB2686505 update

Do not install the KB2686505 update

    Hello

    You receive an error message/code?

You did changes to the computer before the show?

As a work-around I suggest you refer to the following method.

Method 1: Temporarily disable the security software.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.

Method 2: Perform a clean boot before proceeding with the update of windows.

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting steps, restore your computer to Normal startup mode.

Method 3: Reset the Windows Update components.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058

Method 4: Let us first start the SFC scan and check if there are any file system corruption. You need windows XP disk to perform the analysis.

1 put the Windows XP CD in the CD-ROM.
    2. click on 'Quit' if the auto-menu appears.
    3. click on 'Start', then click on 'run '.
    4. Type "SFC/scannow" (without the quotes) in the "Open" box, then click on 'OK '.

Note: There is a space between "SFC" and "/ Scannow".

The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

More information on SFC scan found in this document:

Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe)

You can also manually install the update (numbers KB) by downloading from the Microsoft Download Center.
