I have installed new software and I have virus and spyware. When it freezes it always shows the logo and message of departure

  • Windows 7 freeze after startup UEFI due to SSD

It's a gel when installing 64-bit Windows 7 loading disk.sys during the UEFI boot.

According to assistance online Intel (https://communities.intel.com/message/206067):
+ "Windows 7 Setup has a problem of detection of Toshiba SSD +.

    * ATA THNSNH25 SCSI Disk Device (238 GB) TOSHIBA hard drive *.

Is there something to do which would make the installer of Windows 7 loader to work with the SSD drive?

I read the discussion on the page of community from Intel.
Looks like you already tried all possible solutions to install Win 7.
Looks like that Win 8 can be installed correctly, but only Win 7 isn't possible.
Not very well why this isn't possible, but his problems of SSD drive, you should try another SSD disk.
Maybe it's a compatibility problem between the controller and a SSD drive.

  • 7.15 Skype on Windows Vista freezes on startup

I've updated to Skype latest version 7.14 and 7.15 on my Windows Vista and after this update, Skype starts ever upward. Even if he starts, he ends up Skype closes with a problem. Completely uninstalled and resinstalled, checked the updates of windows, then all the FAQ, but not luck.

After a session with an agent of Skype screen sharing and proving that this problem only occurs with the recent version, he was able to recognize this bug with 7.14 + version. I have download the old version and it started to work very well. Today, when I've updated my Skype to 7.17.0.105 version on Windows Vista, looks like Microsoft/Skype has listened to the bug report and have it fixed! Hooray! Thank you, dear friends. In addition, it seems they have fixed another bug where we sign out of Skype, it took too much time to finally get back to the login screen and has hosted the Windows machine during this process. Double Kudos to the team for fixing this loooooooooooooooooooooong pending correction of problem!

  • Qosmio G30 freezes at startup of Norton Internet Security 2008

Norton Internet Security 2008 will freeze my computer because soon, it attempts to load and the only way to do is to restart the system by pressing the on/off key.

My laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio G30-177 (model No. PQG32E-02G022GR) with Vista Ultimate and pre-installed NIS2007. I have no problem with this NIS2008 version on my other laptop (Qosmio F10 - PQF10E-02300JGR, WinXP MCE).
NIS2007 works well on my G30 and I have no problems at all, but more recent versions of NIS seem to be in conflict with my system:

    1. I am able to install and run the new version, download all updates and adjusting the settings. Maybe, a couple days later my computer freezes after start in exactly when the NIS tray icon appears. For a few seconds there is simply no response of the system at all and the LED of my laptop show that any HD activity has ceased. After having been inactive during those seconds, the cooling fan will start to operate at maximum power, creating a huge noise that I never experienced before, not even while the CPU was operating at 100% for a while due to other programs. Force a reboot, that's all I can do.

    2. now, this time, I rebooted my laptop successfully even once (took a few attempts) and it all of a sudden not freeze. Then I disabled the firewall and auto-protect at all times, so there was no freezing at startup and I just had to enable both the firewall and auto-protect after start manually. In order to avoid the gel again after the reboot, I always disabled NIS before shutdown. For one or two days of workaround has been quite successful.

    3. all of a sudden, after one or two days, this work around will become useless, because the system begins to freeze again at the time of the icon is displayed. In this case, restart has no effect at all, and NIS will continue to freeze at startup. I also tried to prevent form from NIS to ccApp.exe run automatically at startup (administrative tools > system configuration > "Startup" tab). It's successful and my laptop is able to start normally, but if later I try to start NIS manually, it will freeze again.

I had this problem since NIS2008 just came out, so I thought that at the same time an update Windows or Norton may have solved the problem, but this weekend I gave another NIS2008 trying without success. I'm pretty sure that the problem is not caused by other software than Windows or Norton, because I also tried to install NIS after a full system recovery, so I've only preinstalled NIS2007 and Vista on my laptop. I use Norton removal tool and follow the instructions to uninstall before attempting to install the new version of course.
My last hope was that the version of NIS2009beta somehow would not freeze my system, but it does. It does not matter if I try to start 2008 or version 2009beta, the problem is exactly the same.

What really motivates me almost crazy is the fact that NIS works perfectly for a while, then needs enough small workaround, and then after some time completely refuses to work. In these two days I do not change system settings, install or uninstall programs or doing whatever it is that I felt might conflict with NIS...
So far, I have no idea of the solution and have again use NIS2007.

Someone knows how to fix this?

    Hello

To be honest I don t use the Norton internet security because it slows down the performance of the laptop and he needs too many resources.
I used the NIS06 and after several months of use I removed it from my system for the reasons mentioned above.

I put really know what might be a problem with your Norton Internet Security but I guess its associated software question maybe there are a few compatibility issues with vista and NIS08. Who knows...

In my opinion, you should first check the Symantec Web site for more details.
Maybe these questions are mentioned somewhere in the FAQ section and maybe some updates or patches are available.

    Good bye

You might want to try a complete reformat of the hard drive and reinstall W7.  Ugly process, but then you will have a better palce to start with future debugging if necessary. However, before you do a reformat, try the following two procedures.

    Try this procedure:

Disconnect the PC and open it. Clean all the dust. Carefully, remove and replace all the cables towards the mother board one at a time. Do the same for memory DIMM and the video and the sound of cards if you have a. Plug your PC give a TI a go.

Here is another list of things to try:

    1. Download cookienator (it's a gift) and clean the House.
    2. Open my computer and right mouse click the hard drive--> properties--> disk cleanup
    3. Start Internet Exployer--> tools--> Option Internet--> delete browsing history
    4. Open my computer and right mouse click on the hard drive-->-->--> Defrag tools properties now
    5. Open my computer and right mouse click the hard drive--> properties--> tools--> Check now
    6. Open the RUN and enter the following commands:

    cmd

  • New computer freeze at startup

I just got to build my new computer about a week ago and it was a lot of work. This morning it was freezing at startup. When I click on anything whether it's Windows, it freezes. When I hover over anything, it freezes, etc. I'm sure it's a software problem, because when I start in safe mode, it works fine.

I read that Avast! has given people of the problems with the gel, so I tried to uninstall, and it does not solve my problem. I also installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan in safemode, it detected only a very small PUPPY, nothing serious.

Since it works fine in safe mode, I hope that the problem can be easily solved, but I don't know how to fix. It's really frustrating because it worked fine before, but now all of a sudden, it isn't.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello

    Think that material.

Remove all power and then reinstall all the memory cards and cables (at both ends where possible).

    Check the memory.

Update BIOS, drivers from the chipset of low level and all main dashboard and separate device drivers.
Check with Support from the manufacturer of the motherboard, their online documentation and drivers, and
Ask problems known in their forums. Do the same thing to individual device manufacturers.

Tests of memory intercept all errors such as memory do not match (possible even for sticks
seemingly identical) and when the faster memory is placed in system behind the slower memory.
So it is best to Exchange also sticks in and out to check for those, even if all the tests of memory do not

  • Windows 7 freezes and unresponsive

A few days ago did this start happening, but my laptop freezes and nothing works.  I can't open the windows, all my open windows have the title [name of program] is not responding.  CTRL Alt Delete sent it to me to a page saying:

"Task manager has failed to operate, and if you feel this once again, then your operating system can be unresponsive."

    Or something similar to this.

Return to normal, the only way is to press the power button until it turns off and then turn it back on.  It happens all the time now, but I've had this laptop for a few years, and it did not before.  I had to reformat the computer twice recently, due to a virus which plays audio sounds random and commercial without my intervention.  One of these wipes was right this morning, so if you ask my logs, they will be completely empty.  It comes to the computer:

  • Windows 7 hangs at startup

Original title: ADVENT ROMA, WINDOWS 7 hangs at startup

Sorry, it's a long.  Please can someone help?

I'm in safe mode with NETWORK at this time because it does me to start up in normal mode, just freezes. He started two days during the Action center said for me to turn the Security Center service in Windows, but when I click on it nothing happens. He says only: "safety of the window cannot be started. He also said that my AVAST antivirus has been extinguished, but that came back yet again, I don't know how because I couldn't do it when I clicked it.
I had this problem with starting of freezing and antivirus itself switching off before a few months ago and it is resolved by deleting the antivirus and re install and run cleanboot. I tried cleanboot once again, for the safe mode, but the problem is still there. I tried SYSTEM RESTORE but it says No restore points are created on the drive system of your computer to create restore point open 'system protection'. When I click the link it just takes me to system properties and there is no mention of the protection of the system. I try to get the protection of the system through Start >right-click computer > properties and there is no system protection tab in the left pane click. Is there another way to perform a restore of the system? When I did cleanboot two months of action there is, as a result, I found on the microsoft Web site could I permanently deleted all restore points at the same time?
AVAST won't work in safe mode, I don't know if it's just on my laptop or if it's a universal thing, so I can't do a virus scan so I downloaded scanner security Microsoft and no viruses etc. have been detected.
I haven't downloaded anything before it happens and the only thing I can think that I have done differently is I plugged an external mouse for my daughter (who did not work anyway) and it worked fine after disconnection until a few hours later, so I think that have nothing to with it.
This is what I tried so far as I can remember so...
    Help!
    PLEASE, I BEG YOU!

    Hi Panad,

Disable SuperFetch service in safe mode, restart the computer in normal mode and check the status of the issue.

    a. open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.

    b. double-click on Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    c. right-click on the Service and then click Properties. d click on disable. e. save the changes by clicking on apply and ok.

    I hope this helps.

  • Windows 7 freezes in Normal Mode.

Hello! I use my Dell Inspiron 17R about 2 months ago and this is a fantastic phone, I use it mainly for video games, music and Movies/TV shows and he ran without fault far.

Yesterday, however, the problems began to occur. I could boot up the laptop as usual and access the Internet, play games, watch movies etc, but after about 5 minutes everything would suddenly become unresponsive. Both my mouse and trackpad do not allow me to click at all, however I could move the mouse around the screen quite well. The keyboard would not work also - I tried to open the Task Manager via Ctrl + Alt + Del but also closing windows with Alt + F4 or by train at the stop via the Windows key and nothing would work. Instead, the cursor would change to the "loading" symbol and it would pretty much just doing nothing.
The first time that this happened, I was browsing the Internet and it comes if is stuck on "Waiting for Cache" or something so that probability, I then noticed the circle of rotation which shows a page loading also stopped and was then forced to manually restart because I couldn't even click on the Windows button. Another test I tried watching a video uploaded - it literally just stopped playing about 4 minutes. The screen is just stopped on a single image even if the pause button had not been pressed - try clicking on what anyone did not work (as usual).
I tried to restart it several times (I unfortunately had to use the power button) and he began to repeat each time. It would work for a few minutes before freezing completely (less opportunity to unnecessarily move the mouse around the screen). Sometimes a pop-up window would be above the bar saying that stains the 'Microsoft Windows application became unresponsive. Sometimes the taskbar then disappear and the laptop would be closed, but the end result is always the same.
I found that the same problem moved with the boot safe mode with networking, however there were a few noticeable slowdown. I downloaded and used many anti-viruses/malware to analyze my machine and I'm almost certain that there is nothing of the those on the computer (although in fairness, the scans have been so slow I could do before giving up only to about 20% on each). Other solutions, I tried included:
    1. manually end tasks of high memory use via the Manager of
    2. with the help of CCleaner for fix my registry in Mode safe
    3. left the laptop shut down during the night in hope it would just set
4 disconnected everything from the laptop ports
    5. rebooted via the reboot, shutdown and power buttons
I'm sure I tried other things as well, but I am quite limited in the fact that I can use the laptop for a few minutes before he decided to stop working. I really need the laptop for my studies and I would be absolutely in love if one of you could help me solve my problem.
    Thanks in advance!

Original title: error: after about 5 minutes of work after booting, Windows 7 freezes completely

    Hi JordanRidehalgh,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. It seems that you have a problem with Windows 7 gel. This can be very frustrating for you, and I appreciate the efforts you have put in. Let us work together as a team to get this number fixed.

We start with a few questions-

    (1) that you get an error message or error code?

    (2) did you install hardware or software on the computer before the show?

I would like more information about the issue.

    Method 1-

I wish that you run anti-virus in Mode safe mode with networking using different antivirus software.

In addition, I'd download (download and install in Normal Mode) and execution (in Safe Mode) the online scanner.

Note: The antivirus will try to repair bad sectors on the hard drive damaged by viruses. All the data on these sectors may be lost.

Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

Make sure you get the computer back to Normal Mode after performing all the troubleshooting steps.

    Method 2-

It is possible that a third-party application is causing the problem as the computer worked well in Mode without failure.

I recommend you perform the clean boot.

Placing the computer in a boot minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must perform the steps in the article-

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: You must follow the step 3 of the article to return the computer to a Normal startup after you perform all the troubleshooting steps.

    Check if the problem persists.

    Method 3-

I would have you look at the article-

    Crashes Windows or freezes

Note: The antivirus will try to repair bad sectors on the hard drive damaged by viruses. All the data on these sectors may be lost.

We know if you need help. We will be happy to help you.

    Thank you.
