  I have a laptop Dell Insperion 1501 with Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I tested the ram and hard drive and they check well. I deleted the C partition, formatted the drive with the dell windows vista disk and reinstalled vista. Then I tried to download the updates of windows, but when I click on any button for example, the Start button, it flashes opening and closing in a fraction of a second.   On a HP Pavilion Media Center m8226x desktop PC is running OEM Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit) version.  Replacing motherboard ASUS M2N68 - motherboard HP Narra2-GL8E 6150SE with a card mother MCP61PM-HM (Nettle2) due to the failure.  The two boards have same chipset and form factor.  Can I just replace the Board of Directors without having to reinstall windows?  Do I need to install new drivers?  I do not have a CD installation or installation key, Microsoft would provide a key if necessary?  Is there a link I can reference for replacement MB / install?

  Hye eddllyn, .the problem is with your celcom broadband... It is the problem of modem... I suggest u go to celcom Center to ask them to fix... Maybe it's a bug of broadband itself.

  Yes, you can upgrade from Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. You do not lose the pre-installed software & drivers, if you upgrade. If you perform a clean install of Ultimate, you will lose all the pre-installed software.
