  Try these steps and check.
   
  Step 1: Lower the burn speed and check.
   
  Step 2: Reinstall the driver of DVD player.
  a. click Start, click run, type sysdm.cpland then clickOK.
  b. in the hardware tab, click Device Manager.
  c. expand ligthscribe-ROM readers, right-click on the drive and choose uninstall.
  When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK.
  d. on the Action menu, click on Search the hardware changes.
   
  Step 3: If you have still the CD for your burning software, uninstall all the other DVD burning software on your computer and check. You can install their return after verification.

  No matter what help for what registry key that I need to restore would be appreciated.

  Problem found. The virus was not completely removed. Microsoft Security Essentials found an infected file, but could not remove it and if the file could be restored from somewhere, restart in safe mode rename the copy of wrong file (Window\System32\dnsapi.dll) a correct known copy of the file in the system directory and now Windows to validate properly when restarting.

  Hi, I currently have a problem trying to update windows. I have windows vista Home premium sp2 and today Update icon just says that windows cannot check the updates. If I select "check for updates", the system seems to be verified but nothing happens. I have been round in circles on the shooters of microsoft problems and also tried ms 'fix' and a system restore obsolete MS essentials, which is not updated.
