  When you say that you have "written to you people ', I have to imagine say you you wrote to Apple.   Here, we have no way to help you find a lost phone.   It is a technical body of the user for the user.

  And of course, Apple cannot find lost phones.   They provide facilities for you to implement "Find my phone", but if you haven't taken advantage of this I'm afraid can't do anything.   I hope that you have reported to the police, especially if you have coverage with private insurance.

  No.  The recovery partition is not default bootable. If you play with or modify files within the partition, it will work as expected.

  You can use a live bootable Linux usb to access GParted and assign to the active recovery partition. Once it's done, you can leave Linux (I use Ubuntu) and then restart your laptop. It should boot straight into the Recovery Manager.

  If your computer was shipped with pre-installed XP it's called OEM.  If you want to re - install in this case you would need a copy of XP OEM.  A detail would not work with your OEM key.

• I think that my system of basic windows files have been changed and currupted can someone please help!

  I get major errors that led me to think my windows files have been modified and currupted I just can't install microsoft updates they download, but I'm unable to install, I'm unable to use the Disk Defragmenter and disk scan as it said my system is already in use.   Hello, this looks like a problem maybe caused by adware on your pc. Please go to firefox > addons > extensions and remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, the things that you have not installed intentionally, I don't know what purpose they serve, etc.). also, go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software you have in place and various other tools such as the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
