    Hello

There may be several problems with this behavior. The most common is a device that is active on the system and prevents the screen saver to detect a State of inactivity for time-out set...

One of the most frequent reasons for the behavior you described is caused by one of the VOIP, such as MagicJack devices. If this unit is used, see the following link.

    Hello

It seems that the wireless mouse or mouse wireless drivers/software has a bad influence on the touchpad.
I put t have a good solution for this problem. Well, you can consult the page of the Toshiba driver for latest driver updates. If the updates doesn't solve this problem I suggest to use either the mouse wireless and disable the touchpad with FN + F9 key combination or use a regular USB mouse.
I guess that you are having regular problems with a USB mouse.

If the computer still needs to be used on the on the talk of the Business IT people business network they probably configured to adapt to their network.

If the computer is no more a professional computer change the network configuration to work as a peer-to-peer network.

  • Missing labels of power management on the external keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless mouse, all different brands

On my laptop HP HDX18 only the touchpad and keyboard have power management tab to enable them to wake the computer.

My external keyboard of Firefly, wired Kensington mouse and Logitech wireless mouse all have not the power management tab. I wrote to Logitech about this and they said that I needed new ACPI/USB drivers. I installed the latest Intel chipset drivers I knew from the updated HP drivers website.

HP told me that it is normal, current is cut for USB hubs. Which is ridiculous. I have disenabled the selective suspend for the USB ports under settings in Device Manager and power went to each USB hub and unchecked "allow the computer to turn off the power of the device", which can be the meaning of HP. I have the latest version of the BIOS. But still no power management tab is displayed.

  • the 1000 mobile wireless mouse scrolling problem

    Hello everyone.

Recently, I bought a 1000 wireless mobile mouse to work with my laptop. I very often work in Netbeans (7.0). As OS, I have windows 7 ultimate 64B.

I have a problem with scrolling wheel. In windows Explorer, Commander total and other applications, it works fine. But in Netbeans does'nt works as it should.

To scroll the value default 3 rows of scrolling instead of the one step of scroll whell I have to scroll ~ 10 steps and very fast speed. :(.

This is a big drawback. Any ideas to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

If you have the problem of scrolling with a single program is Netbeans 7.0, this could be a possible bug.

There could be some applications that do not support the features of fledge full of some of the equipment.

I also suggest that you connect a different mouse (USB) and check if you have any questions scrolling with these applications.

This will help to understand if it's bug or is related to the wireless mouse

  • Dialog box in Windows XP is slow to come to the top

    Problem:

Whenever I try to shut down the computer after a few minutes of use, the stop dialog box happens immediately, however, when you do a shutdown or reboot or anything using the dialog box after a few hours, the area takes a few minutes to come. Closing is fine, only the dialog box is slow in coming. I ran all sorts of controls on this computer, there was no virus. Hi Timothy l.,

    (1) did you the latest changes on the computer?

    (2) when was the last time it was working fine?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.
