  I'm trying to update the firmware on my HP Officejet Pro X451dw (CN463A), but the firmware update fails with the error "This Firmware Updater does not contain updates for your device." More precisely:

  1. With the help of EWS, I confirmed that my current firmware is very old (it lists the firmware version of BWP1CN1315FR, which means 1315FR, right?, dating almost the time I bought the printer about 3 years ago).
  2. I downloaded the firmware ("OJP_X451dw_R1640A_updated.dmg") was last updated, copied 'HP Firmware Updater' in /Applications and then he ran.
  3. It shows my printer in the Device Discovery list. I selected and clicked on continue.

  My Photoshop 20141 cc does not show the update to 2014.2.  I have 2 computers and set to date and the other does not appear updated day.2.  They both use Windows 8.1.  I was online with the customer service earlier, and they were not able to answer yet.  I had to go to work for the customer service is to get back with me.  In the meantime, I try to see all the answers there.  I uninstalled the creative application of cloud earlier because I had problems when it is just hanging on the update for the desktop creative cloud application.  I deleted some files that the customer service representative said and reinstalled and I was able to reinstall the desktop CC application.  I tried to do the update through Photoshop and the application manager also said that he is up to date.  I checked the version just to make sure that there is no up-to-date, but it's 20141

  I recommend the steps mentioned below.

  1. Cleaning cleaning tool use the CC user to solve installation problems | CC, CS3 - CS6 own, Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud.
  2. Install the creative cloud from: Creative Free Cloud | Download the free trial version Adobe Creative Cloud

  If the problem persists, create another user account and check if the problem persists.

• AAM does not itself update for Creative Cloud Desktop app

  I got the application of desktop/toolbar creative Cloud briefly yesterday running but is frustrated by having both CS6 and CC of various applications running side by side, so decided to uninstall and do a clean install.  I ran that the various uninstall programs and the cleaner utility, then re-installed MAA, I and PS as a starting point.

  AAM has updated itself to the creative cloud desktop application, and if I go to the download link for the creative cloud desktop application and click on download, it passes just to the AAM app, and does nothing.

  If I look in the section updates the AAM, there is no update for MAO himself and Creative Cloud Desktop is not an installable program in MAA either.

  Can someone help me in any MAA trigger update/install Creative Cloud Desktop, or provide some manual installation steps?

  We might want to see what OS of Nick is before we go into many details.

  Here's a little trick but for Windows 8 users and 7 64 bit that can solve your problems.

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and rename the folder in OOBE OOBE_old
  2. Close and re-launch your browser
  3. Sign in using your Adobe ID and password to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
  4. Download the creative application of cloud.

I understand that you have had problems with the updates of Windows and want to know if you can upgrade to Windows 10. I'm happy to help you with this.

  Reading the questions you have described in your current system that you cannot upgrade to Windows 10, using the normal method of free upgrade. Your system should have the option available from a previous update of Windows, as the free update is delivered via Windows update. If you have a Windows 7 or 8.1 product key, then you could do a clean install of Windows 10 and use this key to activate your Windows 10 free documents. Of course, you want to first make a backup of your data.

  Another option would be to try to load the original image from the desktop computer, and then try to update again by using Windows Update. This assumes you have a working recovery partition or recovery media. Computers HP - performing a recovery of system HP (Windows 7)  But to protect your data, you want to make a first backup as I mentioned.

  Save it and then transfer it to the Win2K system, using a Flash DRIVE, USB external hard drive or burn it to a CD.
