  Cause:

  The problem is potentially a result of an incompatible, incorrect environment (%AppData%) as variable shown below:

  I have problems with the sequence of Microsoft Office Live Add-in 1.5 update.

  Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Never had a problem installing Microsoft programs before. Tried to install Microsoft "Windows Xp Mode".   I've lived (literally) six laps with HP support chat, try several ways to uninstall and reinstall, also without success.   They practically abandoned.

  The resolution of the monitor is fine... but I can't use all of its features, because the display software will not work.

  Then... I suspect that the problems are related.
