  Can I take your Word for it? Namely... had some problems with it today.
  Just happened today? Which means that yesterday was OK?
  If so, if you try a system restore. Choose the date of yesterday or later as your restore point.
  Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
  To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

  Note: (Optional) in most cases, it is more preferable to do in safe mode system restore.
  Here's how to get safe mode:
  Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly tab key F8 until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode.

  MSN games are not part of Windows 7 so when you reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 you have lost the. Depending on the type of game you will need to reinstall each game - this may mean to download again MSN. If they are browser based games simply to go to the MSN Web page for the game in the usual way.

  If instead of MSN games, you actually mean that games built into Windows 7 as Chess Titans, Spider Solitaire & FreeCell, then you can just turn them on by using the following method:

  1. click on Start (lower-left) and then on Control Panel.

  2. click on programs and features.

  3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

  4. find the entry called games & check the box next to it.

  5. click on OK.

  6 reset.

  If the games box is already checked, uncheck the box , click OK, restart, then do steps 1-6 above.

  You MUST use the same SSID.  I think that you misread my post.

I also found that I get the same message when I try to uninstall programs! I looked and looked and can't find something useful for this problem.   Sorry its taken if for a long time to get back to you, I almost forgot this thread, I found a 'solution', which means I just download the files every time windows I would and re - arrange them later... but I would rather sort... so to answer your questions...

  I'm developer/technician... and just on main computer, I always do a fresh install, then Yes, it was a clean install, I formatted the drive as the windows RC version 7 is installed and on the new Windos 7 instead.
  The user account is the one that I created during installation... 'Chocolate' and has rights admin etc...
  I have not tried to create a new administrator... but I don't think that's the question that I had some success with the player and did all my shortcuts 'user' (documents pictures videos music etc.) in folders on the same drive, well, the folder that I use for downloading and another which I use to store/organize applications install files or utilities etc doesn't let me download for them. I can copy do them things, create new files and folders, etc, but all this "permission administrator" needs to give in this case I just click ok...

  The clean boot is an idea... but what will really prove something that runs at windows startup is the cause? So what that it either from 60 to 100 processes running at the same time, that it sounds pretty useless in my opinion, so research will start for whoever it is :/

  I thought just disable UAC all together, which could shed light on the issue... I don't mind given this security feature, I usually know what im doing and have a good knowledge of what should and shouldn't tbe running etc, often even catch the virus before my antivirus... Speaking of which, this problem occurred before that I have nothing installed on the machine, it is trying to download the latest drivers after the new installation that I first noticed the problem...

  The only other thing I can think is, perhaps, when I set the permissions and or possession of the car it does not define correctly and windows always "think" I don't have permission?:

  Lol all the hardware and software support come from the manufacturer of software and hardware (of the product in question.)  If the hardware manufacturer (Gigabit you said?) supports this model camera (cam-pcl-pc110) under Windows 8 - they will provide drivers, you can get through them and install.  If they are not - you may be looking to get a new camera.

  We did an upgrade to VI3 to vSphere4 a couple of weeks.

  This week, I created a few new virtual machines that are now 7 vms.

  These virtual machines are running much and have no problems.

  Only downside, it's that we are more able to creat VCBackups of these machines V7, because the VMDK will not be saved.

  The only files get saved are .log, .vmx, .vram and. Bah

  Here's what VCbackup connects:

  Current working directory: D:\Jobs\VCBBackup

  HOSTINFO: See Intel CPU, numCoresPerCPU 4, numThreadsPerCore 1.

  HOSTINFO: This machine has 4 cores total, 1 physical CPU and 4 logical processors.

  Have you tried to make the resolution equal to the native resolution of your screen?

  Right-click on an empty part of your desktop, and then click Properties. Click on the settings tab, drag the slider to the right. This should give the native resolution of your monitor. If not you may need to get the latest drivers for the graphics card.

  If that makes things too small, you can try to slide to the left to get a lower resolution but I suggest using only a resolution that maintains the same ratio as the native resolution of your screen.
