  Good suggestion. It's something that worked when I had a similar problem with RoboHelp 9, but unfortunately not this time. :-)

  But I solved the problem. I had to forgottonen click on the button 'Show processes from all users' at the bottom of the Task Manager. When I did, I could find javaw.exe and shut it down and managed to reinstall.
