GoTo all programs search and type in Recovery Manager click that above and open it. Click Yes (white box) so it apears. Select Microsoft System Restore Click next to three windows now you will see a list of dates, select a date prior to the installation of the update, then click. Let the computer do its restoration. Once done see if your problem is solved, if so try the update again, make you that the update is for 64-bit Windows 7 computers before you download it again. If that happens again once you know what AVG is not compatible for your computer.

  Probably you have only received part of the witch update caused this problem due to the disruption of atmospheres. Sometimes this happens. Put day of my HP only made once.   I am compiling my football teams game film.  I created a dvd using Windows DVD Maker.  Each game is a single video file to AVI format.  When I preview the video, no problem. After having carved, (2 trials) when I watch the DVD, the menu screens look good, the video of the first part looks fine, but from second game, or of the stage, the video quality changes.  The video becomes almost black and white.  The shadows and the highlights of the video seem to be exaggerated and that they are pink color.  It seems to be an effect of video editing, but I did no changes to the video features.  Help.

  I don't see too many images in grayscale the site you mentioned. It would be better if post you an individual or two.

  I have tried every trick on this site that I think! I did im sure not high contrast, I chose themes different, supported all the way to 2008... IM on a computer laptop btw... I thought this may be a joke of office or something so I saw all the processes running in the search for something like "prank" or "reverse" but his jargon all out there and I don't want to go by closing the things I don't understand. as you can tell, im not computer savy. There was someone else on this forum who asked the same question... I tried everything that was suggested and so had it and we still have the same problem! I think to (someone told me) for the video driver to uninstall and reinstall, but I don't know anything about. How can I locate my video driver and once I click on "Uninstall" I how then reinstall? pls help!

  Thank you for your message.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the video driver will be the best first step in getting this issue resolved.  Before you remove your video driver, you will need to make sure that the manufacturer of your computer has your driver available for download.  Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your computer and download/save the latest video driver for your computer.  Once you have saved this driver, you can proceed with the removal of the driver that is currently installed.  Below are the steps to remove:
  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  Select Device Manager.
  Click the (+) sign next to "display adapters".
  Below, you should see your video card information, right-click on the video card and select "Properties".
  Select the "Driver" tab > click on "Uninstall" (this will remove the current driver)
  You restart the computer > when the computer restarts, install new drivers > restart and test.

  All of a sudden, for some reason unknown to me, my mon imprimante printer does not print images JPG from Windows Photo Gallery black and white or grayscale. No matter if I turn it on to or black and white color option / shades of gray option, it only prints in color. If I remove the color of my printer ink cartridge and leave the black alone to, and order the printer to print in black, the printer behaves as if it was printing but the page comes out blank.

  First of all, check if you are able to print black and white photo viewer.

  Then, run an auditor of system files (sfc scan) on your computer in order to replace the files corrupted on your computer.

  1. click on the Start button

  2. on the Start Menu, click all programs followed by accessories

  3. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option

  4. in the drop-down menu that appears, click the "Run as Administrator" option

  5 If you have the enabled User Account Control (UAC) you will be asked to consent to the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.

  6. in the command prompt window, type: sfc/scannow then press enter

  7. a message is displayed to indicate that "the analysis of the system will start.

  8. be patient because the analysis may take some time

  9. If all the files need replace SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Vista DVD for this process to continue

  10. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.

  11. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window reboot the computer and check if the problem persists.

  Last week, I went to change my theme. The entire page is black and white, all themes are blackened and can not be used. When I download other themes and try to use them, I get an error saying "this theme can be used... "It is a system of HP, with a card mother cpu I7 and 10 Gig of memory, running with Windows 7 Ultimate edition. I've never seen this problem before. I'm updating on Windows Update.I have another system, also on Windows 7 Ultimate and a third on the beta version of Windows 8, and they both run themes perfectly. Who can help? Thanks in advance...
