After you rename my PC, I don't have access to my files or applications. I tried to give myself access via computer/properties/security but I'm not allow to access this no more, and I don't have access to the user account... Can anyone help?

I tried to run the command prompt, but it does not run "cmd"!

I was able to run the Windows in safe mode system restore, I go back to my computer. Thanks for your help.
