· What is the service pack installed on your computer?
· You have another outside Norton Security software?
Try the methods below:
1. I would say that you stop and start the service on the computer Security Center.
a. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc in the Open box and then click OK.
b. in the list of Services (Local), click on Security Center and then click Properties.
Make sure that you stop and start the service, then check if the problem persists.
2. you can also uninstall and reinstall Norton Security software, and check the results.
Link, please refer to: download and run the Norton removal tool to uninstall your Norton product:http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN&ln=en_US
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Some antivirus/security products may cause this error. McAfee, Norton, Windows Live OneCare.
ThreatFire are some. What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on machine now? And
who have you ever on it, even if you have uninstalled them? (These leave the remains that can cause some)
Check the default services and dependencies to ensure that they are running.

You did changes to the computer before the show?
Method 1: SFC scanner.
System File Checker (SFC) scan will replace the missing or corrupted system files on your computer.
Use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7 system files:
Method 2: I suggest you make a system full scan just to be sure.
Here is a link that will give you information on how to perform a full scan of the system:
Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.
So I have a laptop Asus 32 bit empty with no system on it and nor anything on the hard drive. Well, I tried to install Windows 8 on a DVD on the subject. Then I go to the "context menu" and start the dvd/cd player and it loads normally until it gives this error:
Your PC needs to be repaired
"Your operating system could not be loaded because the critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
You will need to use tools of recovery on your installation media. If you do not have any media (such as a disc or USB device) please contact your system administrator or the computer manufacturer. »
So what he says and I already tried to install other Windows operating systems, but it gives the same error or it does not read the dvd disc at all!
Any help? Thanks :)
- Which type of installation (upgrade, custom or Clean) you want to make?
Tcpip.sys is a SYS file type associated with April 2011 security release ISO Image developed by Microsoft for the Windows operating system. The latest known version of Tcpip.sys is 220.127.116.11, which was produced for Windows.
SYS file errors are usually caused by a faulty hardware or damaged device driver files. Because of the importance of Tcpip.sys in April 2011 release ISO Image and other Windows security feature works, corruption or damage to this file can create criticism of the system errors in the form of a "blue screen of death" (BSOD). Please see "Causes errors of Tcpip.sys" below for more information.
The majority of the tcpip.sys errors that you encounter will be mistakes of 'blue screen of death' (also known as a "BSOD" or "STOP error")
Since there is nothing on the disk, you can try to create the installation media and create a USB bootable flash drive. Then try to clean install of Windows 8.
If this does not work also, you can contact the manufacturer of the computer.
Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

I currently use Windows Mail in Vista and try to create a contact group. The help screen shown I should click Group Contact that appears in the toolbar. My only toolbar is the one with the file, display, etc. Under file, there is a contact button but no button in the group. How to create contact group?
With IE 9 installed (which is not relevant to this question, but see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#15), opening shows (on the file menu) 6 Contacts options:
- New Contact
- New Contact Group
as the toolbar options.
So if you're not showing that, so there may be another problem. Try to right click in the Contacts folder and then choose Customize and make sure he uses the model for Contacts.
Also, you could try to compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/) that he might have gotten corrupted some and that could lead to strange problems, such as problems of composition you see, that repairs would fix.
You can also check for antivirus interference Winmail (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).
Security certificate WARNING
When you start AOL version 9.5, we get a security certificate warning. The warning says "the name of the supreme court is invalid or does not match the name of the site". SC object: CN =a248.e.akamai.net O = Akamai Technologies Inc. L = Cambridge S = MA C = US issuer is CN = Public Cybertrust SureServer SV CA why is this happening, how to solve?
Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue.
1. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?
2. do you get only security certificate warning message when starting AOL software?
This problem may occur if the computer's clock is set so that the date is later than the date of expiry of the certificate of the web server.
Check the settings for date, time and time zone to make sure that the computer is not set in the future or in the past. This may cause a certificate error, because the computer is of the opinion that this certificate is not yet valid or has expired. You can check the settings of date and time by double clicking on the clock that appears in the toolbar.

Regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\wuaueng.dll worked, I ran Malwarebytes and Spybot looks like I'm back OK now, fake red antivirus XP Internet Security or something like that is what I had to basically remove a bunch of pop-up trying to lure you in to send the money. Who owes automatic updates somehow disabled. Thank you
You are welcome. However, I personally would not use or depend on SpyBot. Both scanners I have listed are, in my view, based on years of experience, the best. Good navigation!
I have some malware on my computer. It is gone now. I ran several scans with different products. No virus or malware are detected.
However, I get the error message "Cannot start Windows Security Center Services".
I tried all of the recommended patches. But none of them work.
When I try to start the Services of Windows Security Center, I get the error message
"Windows failed to start the service on local computer Security Center.
"Error 1068: the dependency service or group could start.
Also, when I start the computer, I get the message error "problem, from module 72e8044d.cpp is not found" I don't know if the error messages are related to the same problem.
I am running Windows 7.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks for the reply.
Your computer was pre-installed with Windows 7?
If so, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your system to help in the exercise of upgrade on site.
If you have installed Windows 7 separately on the machine, you can perform the upgrade on the spot, using the Windows configuration files stored in DVD or USB.
Hope this helps, get back to us if you need further assistance for Windows.
I can't start my firewall Windows, error: 1079... or Security Center, error: 1068. Can help you with this question? When I try to access the Dependencies tab I get this error: Win 32: the specefied for this service is different from the specefied to account for other services running in the same process.
I checked to see if dependencies were the same account before I got the message of 'Win 32' and WMI Service runs in the same account (Local Service) as firewall and Security Center, but the RPC Service is running on the Network Service account and cannot be changed via the services console, because the account fields are gray and cannot be viewed or modified. I try to avoid using the tool 'SubInACL' because I don't want to reset the whole registry.
The other post:
I had a problem with obtaining the Windows Firewall and Security Center to start. Service account permissions have been changed at some point, including the depedencies. I get the error 1079 on the Windows Firewall and 1068 on the Security Center. Both are defined on the Local Service, but dependence, the CPP is set to Network Service and cannot be changed because the user fields are gray. I try to avoid using the SubInACL.exe because I don't want to reset the whole registry. Can you help me please?
No, I'm not on a domain. I connect via a open wireless "hotspot". My main problem is; I don't have a Firewall or Security Center. Nor will begin. I get the error: 1068, to Security Center and an error: 1079 on Windows Firewall. When I try to access the dependencies on either I get this window:
WIN 32: The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process.
A month ago I made the mistake of trying to brand of ACDSee of security, "ACDOne" which includes software "BitDefender". That's when I lost my firewall and Security Center. BIG MISTAKE! I uninstalled and deleted all the files that I found that have been left.
My Security Essentials and Windows Defender work very well. I'm stuck and need help with this please! Please, I beg you! Someone... Help!

Set indicator important message...
"The Windows Security Center service cannot be started.
This happened after I was deleting my WINDOWS 7 malware/virus. I open "SERVICES" went to the CENTER of the SECURITY in respect of services and a click with the right button on the name WSCSVC or attempt to start the service, following the verbosed of error/warning:
"Windows failed to start the service on Local Computer Security Center.
"Error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.
I think this may have had parts removed by Hijack, Anti-Malware, TDSSkiller, gmer, Housecall or ComboFix when I get rid of my system from Malware/Trojan/virus. With the exception of the Security Center, my system is now working well.
The WSCSVC registry may have been deleted and the residue in the capture instant/backup/restore points. I know This is a very important function to have running, as it monitors your safe; Firewall, antivirus, UAC, Anti-Spyware and updates, etc.
How to restore this program back to its normal state of operation, even if there are no backup? IE (manually enter the information in the registry?
I'll be somewhere pointed to download the replacement program? Perhaps out of the installation DVD WIN7?
Are there other ways as an option to solve this problem? Perhaps, another Member of program state and remove the remains of Security Center?
In any case, this might do the trick: http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/error-1075-when-starting-the-security-center-service/
Note: I know it's for Windows XP, but the same steps will apply to a Windows 7 computer running.
Original title: Error 1068
I had this problem with error 1068"the dependency service or group could start.
Background - I tried to add a printer that is installed on another PC on the network. When I clicked on add a printer, I get the message. "Windows can't open add printer." The local print spooler service is not running. : rental restart the spooler or restart the machine. "Restart the PC has not resolved it so I did a little research and it said to go to"administrative tools then 'Services' then 'print spooler'. " "I did and when I click on start it flashes a message"Windows is trying to start the service on the local computer"then immediately puts the message 'Windows is unable to start the Service on the local computer print spooler' error 1068: dependency or group Service was able to start.
I tried to do a restore to many dates with no luck at all.
I tried to install the printer directly to the computer... no luck when I went to install the drivers on the CD, I'll even "Windows can't open add printer." The local print spooler service is not running. : rental restart the spooler or restart the machine. "message.
2 local PC repair shops have no idea which will resolve...
Any help will be appreciated operating system is Windows 7 Premium Home edition is installed on an Acer Aspire.
In the default installation, the values must be RPCSS and http. However, it works fine even without http as a dependency. I guess that the http driver is the problem (not start) in your PC, and elimination of the dependence of spooler should do the trick.
I have windows 7 and have tried to run code "retsh winsock reset" and "netsh firewall set opmode enable" rebooted I also tried the patch program.
I tried the firewall of windows, services activation and I get "Windows has no start the Windows Firewall service on the local computer."
Error 1068: The Dependecy service or group was able to start.
