  The video codec required to decode and display the video can not be installed on your computer.   1. Close the browser windows
  2. In Explorer, navigate to the following folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ (the best way to do this is to type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the path of the Explorer bar).
  3. Remove the Macromedia folder
  4. Then, go to the Adobe folder and delete the folder 'Flash Player' inside.
  5. Finally, go to "c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash" and look for a file mms.cfg.  If it is present, please rename it.

  Once done, try those sites to reoffend.

  Recently, a friends Pavillion dv6 - 6153cl laptop started bluescreens frequent (many x 50 on igdpmd64.sys).   (on Win7 64 bit, completely up to date)

  I came across this site and downloaded the current drivers but try as I can, they will not install. The message implies that they are bad drivers, but I have confirmed that they are the 2 parters - driver package AMD, including ATI and Intel drivers for the video "switchable". Most of the AMD install - except the 2 pilots and the C++ package components. AMD checks prior approval from hardware to install and does not renounce it.

  The error is:

  "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software.
  or it just keeps trying to install it until it skips this step and goes to the next component, which gives the error the failure at the end.

  I searched this site and found a number of references to similar problems. I've updated the BIOS, all other drivers, removed the old drivers (it is now running on Win VGA drivers), updated part of HP software, run a repair on Windows update and Installer, tried the previous version available, uninstalled C++, cancelled prior unpacking, checked Mode drivers safe, ran HP Support Assistant and tried to manually launch the installation program in compatibility mode admin.

  Windows Update also wanted to update the 2 drivers but who do not. Twice. He will probably try again.

  I ran sfc and Auditor - alls well with the other drivers.

  There is no obvious change that percipitated the question.

  The WinUpdate KB2670838 that sometimes causes a similar error has not been installed.

  The system works at normal temperatures. And it stopped crashing. But only 600 x screen resolution.

  I updated yesterday to 9.2, took a video this morning and discovered the same problem.   I checked my camera settings: 1080 p at 30 frames per second, so not super high resolution.  I haven't looked before, but the photo app camera has always applied compression so that videos can be emailed.  I can send the second 49 video via the Message application, but it weighs 99MB when I try to send an e-mail.  Videos used for compressed up to something like 3 or 4 MB when I chose to send as e-mail.

  It would be useful to know whether it is a bug (feature film) for everyone or if he is given to a few of us.

  I checked the images on my PC & camera before its importation for Premiere Pro and it worked perfectly without delay or problems, but now when I try to play when editing images, it keeps late and the sequence marker keeps constantly jump at the earliest in the video on its own... I tried to re - import images and restarting my computer but I still get the same results. I have the more return version of Premiere Pro on a 30 day free trial before you consider buying a monthly subscription.

  Your videos mp4 actually is H.264 on probably W10.

  I'm guessing you laptop is unable to process the images in first. Play pictures say WMP is no guarantee that it will do in a video editing software.

  We won't know for sure unless you give us your model specifications.

  Maybe a better idea to shoot avchd instead of mp4 with your camera.

  It is obvious that the DVD is protected against copying. Therefore, you cannot copy the contents of the disc. But to read the DVD, you need a suitable decoder. If it is missing/corrupt/out of date, you may need to install the most recent.

  Have you installed the readers of third party DVD like PowerDVD, WinDVD, etc.. ? If so, it should work.
