I'm sorry, but we don't know how they "cleaned".
But I suggest that you go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.
If the problem persists after that, I would take it back to them to fix it properly.
See you soon.

I tried to rate of virtual Vista WEI... three times. All three times, the assessment completed, but I got an error message after he ended saying that WEI assessment cannot be completed. Here is what the error message says Word for Word:
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Windows experience index...Cannot complete the assessment.
The assessment or other operation did not completely succeed. This is due to an error reported from the operating system, driver or other component.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
These extra spaces have been in the error message - I DON'T work the SPACEBAR twice more by mistake. What should I do about it? But hey, at least I can use Windows Aero.Just checked the RAM card on the virtual machine, and it is 128 bytes. Not megabytes or kilobytes, a few bytes. I'll see if I can adjust the amount of video RAM in BIOS and see if that solves the problem.
Hello droid,.
Your question is beyond the scope of what is generally answered in these forums of consumers. I would recommend reposting in our virtualization Technet forum

Windows Experience Index problem: could not measure the performance of video playback
My pc is not yet rated. When I click on rate appears on this computer, a msg error saying that Windows Experience Index for your system could not be calculated, could not measure the PERFORMANCE of VIDEO PLAYBACK. What should I do. Help, pleaseHello
Here are a few things to check before launching performance index Windows (WEI).
- Quit all running programs, and restart the computer before running the assessment (WEI).
- Check with the manufacturer of the computer or the motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates.
- Make sure you have the latest Windows 7 compatible drivers for the graphics device installed (video card).
- If you have any third-party media players installed, uninstall them until the end of the evaluation of the WEI.
- If you have installed any third-party Media Codecs, try to uninstall them until the end of the evaluation of the WEI.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder C:\WINDOWS\Performance\WinSAT .
You should see the following 8 videos.
2 files with .mp4 extension.
3 files with the .mpg file extension.
3 files with .wmv file extension.
Double-click each of these files. They should open and play in Windows Media Player. These are the files that WEI runs video performance.
One thing to remember is that the WEI score is only an indicator of the ability of the main components of hardware on the computer. It has no effect on the performance of the system.
Tell us what you find.

System notes Windows Experience Index
I am running Windows 7 Home premium with a GEFORCE 9600 GSO video card. Windows will not evaluate my Windows experience index. When I click the "rate this computer" button nothing happens. The system is running stable and all the drivers are current, but Windows does not attempt to rate the sytem at all. No error message appears. It simply doesn't react when you click the "rate this computer".
Look for C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log errors?
Have you tried C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore\ of compensation?

Windows experience index will not refresh
I just installed 64-bit Windows 7 Professional (32 bit Home Premium) with a custom installation. I use aero, so when I went to check my Windows Experience index, I saw that it was 1.0 for both the graphics settings. I've updated my restarted graphics driver. Whenever I hit the button refresh index experience, its starts fine, but before finishing it said "Windows experience Index for your system could not be calculated." I tried the bios update, but that did not help. All my drivers are up-to-date. A way to solve this problem?
Check your winsat.log file and see if it indicates that this is the error. You can delete the .xml files in the winsat DATA and starting from an elevated command prompt, try the formal line of command "winsat" without the quotes to see if it works that way. I found that my anti virus program (Kaspersky) blocked WEI to save the results. Disabeling Kaspersky did not. You need to uninstall, run WEI, then reinstall Kaspersky.
