• Windows.Old does not list the "Documents and Settings".

  I installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my main hard drive of workstations.  I looked online and saw a lot of messages on many sites saying that all my old documents of the previous version of Windows (XP that wouldn't start) should be available in the Windows.old folder, in a subfolder called Documents and Settings.  The only folders that are weProgram Files and Windows.  I tried to take possession of the entire record and made sure that Windows displays the hidden files and folders.  My username has the administrator capabilities.  I'mREALLY hoping that the files are not entirely lost.  All that I'm missing?

  Documents and settings folder must exist inside the windows.old. Check if the file is hidden and also check the Recycle Bin folder is deleted by mistake.
  Or you can also use windows search to search for any document in this folder to track the location of the folder.

  Some1 could help me get some winter nights never work on windows 7, the game installs fine, but when I press the play icon the game starts the busy mouse pointer, but then it just stops and goes no further.

  I knew these same problems with NWN NWN2 plays very well on Windows 7. Apparently there is a compatibility problem with NWN after hitting the game and the appearance of the spash screen. I tried everything, except a personal plea to Bioware/Atari technical support to solve this recurring problem for thousands of user frustration. I recently bought this game (Neverwinter Nights, The Complete Collection) which was released on November 16, 2011 and there still problems reported above. The developer has been unable or refused to issue a new patch to address these problems. If all goes well, Dungeons & Dragons, The classic Anthology which was released by Atari on the same day that the above product will play without any problem. Time will tell that I have not yet received. He is currently on an expedition. To anyone interested, it includes 8 games as well including Baldur's Gate I & II, Tales of the Sword Coast, Icewind Dale I & II, Temple of Elemental Evil, etc.

  These are your options to get a game like work on Windows 7.

  If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

  3) click on the Compatibility tab
  (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

  My PC had to be replaced. The HP printer is 6 years old but still works fine, so I chose to keep and downloaded the driver that I thought was good. Now, I get a message when each print job is started and the parts highlighted and the text does not print in color. Should which driver I use to properly install the printer on my new Windows 7 PC?

  You should NOT have downloaded all driver.  You should use the driver that is built into Windows 7 (you might need to make the installation of the printer go to Windows Update).

  So... have what driver you installed?  The terrible "universal print driver?

  What is the complete message, you get a print job to start? Please do not paraphrase.

  Print a demo page (to print the demo page, press (left arrow) or the (right arrow) keys on the Control Panel printer at the same time).

  Or print a Configuration page:

  I just bought a Dell Inspiron.  It works very well except for my printer.  My HP color inkjet CP1700 printer is able to print 2 sides.  Windows 7 does not recognize that it is able to print both side and does not give me the option to enable printing two sides.

  Did you download the drivers from the HP website or just use Windows Update? Try using the software from here.
