Windows live hotmail support down for maintennance! ??
Hi all.
This is a very good question. Because the support of Windows live hotmail don't market, how is possible to solve a problem of block list? http://www.windowslivehelp.com (visit this link and see for yourself = January 28, 2011)
Does anyone know another place where we can solve such a problem? One of our mail servers are blocked by the red list of hotmail, thanks to a spammer. We took a quick glance and set the anti-spam question. Now, we have been blocked and on red list of hotmail and want to remove us from the red list.

Also don't tell me that the error means "Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with features of spam or IP/domain reputation. If you're not an email/network admin, contact your mail service provider and the Internet to help. "because I know that already. We have solved the problem concerning the spammer and we just need to remove from the hotmail blocked list.
Anyone able to help me with a link to another where I might be able to solve this problem?

On the left view - Hotmail - Options under Account - Details of the account - the account - security management
