Recently went from Outlook Express to Windows Live Mail. Since that time I can't send/receive emails without this message popup Windows live mail ID error 0x800ccc78 Server Error 530.
You will need to ask here:

About 3 months ago, I started to apply the zone enter the network password in Outlook when I tried to send/receive email. I was using WIndows 2003. I worked with my ISP, that would be to delete and recreate my email accounts (sometimes it would work for a day or so, but the problem will come back). Microsoft has stated that they do not support Windows 2003 and recommended that update for 2007. A day after the upgrade, the message reappears. I had my speed of the laptop and hard drive updated and cleaned for any potential problem, but the problem still exists.

I can send & receive emails. I can't send documents or photos. I get an error that says: there is no associated messaging program to perform the requested action. It is said to go in the default programs control panel. I did, but then I don't know what to do. I guess I'm not understand it. I'm not too good computers. I have a Dell Inspiron that is 1 1/2 years. Any help would be appreciated.
- What email program are you using?

Why, when I send an email using windows mail (RoadRunner ISP) sometimes it does not transmit the image that are in the original.
Some messages are not complying with the standards of the Internet and the images do not show before their delivery. You can overcome this by transmitting the message as an attachment instead, and then the images will be intact.

I can't send or receive emails from Windows Live Mail. Receive the error code 4402. I can send and receive emails from my Windows Live hotmail account. In Windows Live Mail, it also says my server is an http / imap server. Can it be replaced by a pop3 server, so, how? Thank you
Well, took me a few hours and without the help of a person (TIP!), I've fixed it. Remove the live mail client account and re-apply / restore the account. Solves what seems to be a sync error. -19 October 2011

Your server suddenly put an end to the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Subject 'test '.
Server: 'smtp.gmail.com. '
Windows Live Mail error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465
Secure (SSL): YesYou may have the wrong SMTP port. Check the appropriate injector.
You may also have another step which is not described anywhere I could find:
- Go to http://www.google.com and sign in to your gmail account and go to the following link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and set the toggle to allow less secure applications. Then set up your gmail account in Outlook and it allows to automatically detect settings.

0x800CCC0F error code is trying to send an email using Windows Live Mail
Apparently not answered my question, even if it is requested - a lot! Here once again is:
I can receive but not send mail with Windows Live Mail. I have a new laptop - less than 1 week, running Windows 7 Home.
I set up my email accounts exactly the same as in Outlook on my old machine. I have them set up on my phone without problem as well. Only it does not work with Windows Live Mail.I have McAfee Firewall and Virus Checker - which I disabled it according to other positions. Not good, it won't send. No matter what I do, this is the error:
Your server suddenly put an end to the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I can't send or receive any e-mail today. Yesterday, it was very good.
1. I'm "work online" or "error (triangle with point excl.). working online.
2. incoming outgoing and 465 995 are correct.
3. my other email accounts are original and host.
4. I have a lot of solvents of anti-malware and virus and run them regularly.
5. I have a lot of space on my drive.
Since I installed Windows 7 Home Premium, I have had problems. XP was perfectly fine!
