I use Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and novice quite using Acrobat, so any info would be a great help.   Uninstall Acrobat Reader DC using tool cleaning Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

  Then install Reader using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and check if it solves your problem.

  I checked your account details and I see that you have a valid license of Acrobat, you sure you edit file in Acrobat and not in the reader?
