  I have an old Compaq laptop Windows XP, so it was out of memory I transferred everything on a Portable Seagate (500 GB) hard drive and started to access it. It's worked well for over a year, but lately, began to stop playing my music files.   · How do you open the attachment?

  · Is it by double-clicking or you choose open with option.

  b. right-click on the file and select open with the option to open the attachment according to their file extension.
