Windows Media Player, CD burning

I have burned over 100 old vinal records on CD using Windows Media Player, and EZ Converter Viñal now something has happened to the Media Player, it does not burn. I uninstalled and reinstalled nothing doesn't. I can't have the right panels onto the screen. I'm something of a novice, know what I'm doing wrong

Hello

(1) what operating system do you use?

(2) did you make any changes before the show?

(3) you receive an error message/code?

(4) what version of Windows media player do you use?

Method 1:

Step 1: Uninstall any of third-party DVD burning software installed on the computer and try to burn the CD in Windows 7.

Step 2: Download and run the diagnostic tool for Fixit from the link below:

Put the computer to boot and try to burn the discs.
